The process was quick and seamless. All the reps were well trained and knew their process. Keep your appointment time. Knowledge of payment was disclosed before the date of appointment and was reasonable. The environment was organized and very clean.

We love this office. Our pediatrician is Kenneth James and he goes way beyond for our baby boy Valentino. He is so patient and he is so well educated, he answers all your questions and you will not feel rushed at all. He makes sure to really check your infant if hes really sick..Thank you so much Kenneth you are awesome and also the ladies upfront at check in and out are so sweet!! Definitely recommend this office!!

It was a very good experience, they even have a lab in the same office. It’s a really office inside. I know outside looks tiny but they even have a section for the kids that are sick to be separated from the well check ups. And the staff was extremely nice. Very happy to have found them :)

Fort Lauderdale North is the best, most cleanest office I’ve been to. The nurses, front staff and, doctor James Kenneth are all great with children. The service was very fast too. I didn’t wait more than 5 mins before being called back into a room. Just great service.

I love this office. All 3 of my children have been coming here since they were babies and now they are almost adults. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating, facility is always clean.

Ermani the medical assistant was attentive, compassionate and kind. From start to finish the visit took less then 45 mins for a well child check up including blood pressure, vaccination, height and weight, visual and auditory screening. I received all my paperwork such as my child shot record and physical and the end of my visit.

Dr. Ray Acevedo is superb. He's knowledgeable, thorough, honest, kind, caring, and wonderful with my newborn. The front office staff is efficient, and the aides/nurses who take the baby's vitals, etc are so patient, calm, and warm.

Dr Acevedo is the number 1 leading MD. He is such a caring doctor. He goes above and beyond with the kids.

My experience with this office was AMAZING! Grateful for this awesome team. Thank you to Dr Acevedo for everything!

My kids visit both were excellent today !!!! Everything happened in a professional & timely manner . They are so very organized. And Angel was amazinggggg with the girls !!!! Their appointment was hrs ago & they are still not only wanting to go back to the doctor but they have not stopped speaking about Angel !!! Thank you soooo much for such a wonderful experience! We will see you all soon :)

I really like this place. Nurses are super nice, friendly and always are attending what you're seeing to them.
I other hand, I need to say that Doctor Ray Acevedo is awesome! We're passing true an adaptation process after our pediatrician for over 10years retired and I can tell Doc Acevedo is a very great one

My eldest child is 10 years old and my youngest is 9 months old and Pediatric Associates has been the ONLY Pediatric Doctor Network we have ever used. I love them! My only issue is with the wait time on some occasions but the service is always top notch. From the extremely pleasant and helpful front desk staff and Nurse practitioners to the efficient, gentle and caring doctors, I will always go to them. Dr James at the Lauderdale North Location is simply the best! Keep up the good work!! Highly Recommended!

Erica McMullen was wonderful caring for my son. I appreciated her being thorough in examining him & explaining every step of the way. We appreciate her kindness & always being amazing with our son.

What a lovely group of people! They were so kind and gentle with our 4 y/o. Stephanie was more than happy to answer all of our questions. We were in and out. Everything was well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stellar experience. From start to finish the staff was incredible. The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. The MA, Ivan, was so kind and compassionate. Dr. James was the best! Extremely professional , Compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable. And made my daughter feel extremely comfortable. Starting from the front desk the ladies we so attentive, professional and delightful. The office was very neat and smelled amazing. SO CLEAN!!!
Dr. Taylor was very informative and admirable. The MA that took care of me was so caring and soft with my child I’d choose her again in a blink of an eye. The staff really did a great job I was in and out quick. This is now my new office to go to and highly recommended !!

I had no issues with the staff, the service my child received was excellent.

First visit to the facility in North Ft.Lauderdale and it was amazing. All of the ladies at the front desk were informative and Dr.Ashkar was thorough and helped myself and my children understand what was going on. He answered all of their questions and made them feel safe and valued. I even had to call today way past 6:00 to change where the Rx was to be sent and it was such an ease for me. Can’t thank you all enough!!!!
