Hertz Car Rental - Port Everglades HLE

Great experience. Marc was efficient and made sure we had the vehicle we needed. Renting cars these days is a nightmare but today was a sweet dream. Shout out to Marc and his team.

I was in town for a wedding and decided to rent a car. Reservations was made by my wife and when I found out it was through hertz I was shocked because my wife worked for Avis car rental for 19 years and I worked for them also for 9 years so why not with Avis. Reading reviews about this hertz location and the bad experience other renters went through so I was ready to trash hertz. Well it didn’t work like that. For one this gentleman name Marc or Mark was awesome. I was greeted as soon as my family came through that door, facility was clean. There was a person in front of me but I didn’t wait long the whole process took about 2-3 minutes for me to get my car. The car was fine with me no problem. Even returning the car so easy no hassle. So on that note Marc or Mark thank you for an outstanding service you will be seeing me again.

I apologize we didn't get his name, the Hertz Desk Agent that assisted us, he was prompt, and professional, even in their busy state midday on a Friday. He and the girl there (again I apologize didn't get names) made our experience easy and fast. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had and even with us early he made sure we were happy with the vehicle we selected.. thank you again! 😁

Waited 2 hours once, come early. Electricity and tolls are charged when you return the vehicle, don't get cocky. Make sure you check the electrical vehicles two Teslas had all kinds of insects. all kinds

The assisted manager Mr. Joshu Jackson was extremely helpful and very understanding he got me in and out of there in no time if you guys come make sure you go to him

I work for Uber and wanted to get a rental and this location was the closest location I was allowed to rent from even though it's a good ways away. At first Uber said everything was good but long story short they made it extremely difficult when I got to the Hertz rental place. Joshua fixed everything he didn't give up and he made sure I left with a vehicle Uber didn't make it easy for him the poor guy had to help me the whole day. I had my 14 year old with me and another associate named Torrence Hunt also was great he got my daughter lunch and even talked and entertained her most of the day. When my phone was almost dead they helped with chargers. They did everything possible to make my day better and easier and I left with a vehicle. Joshua even paid attention to the fact that I like bigger vehicles and got me the biggest one possible for Uber. Everyone was amazing there. Joshua got me the best possible price too he even got me paid for my voucher that Uber was supposed to give me for the Uber ride I had to take to get out there. They went above and beyond for me. It's rare to find good people like them in the world but they truly care. Amazing customer service. I honestly can't put everything they did and how amazing they are or you would be reading a novel but there worth the trip even if you come from far away just to rent from them. There worth it I came all the way from West Boca Raton Florida but I don't think anyone else would have been able to do all they did for me today others would have said just go home and fix with Uber and reschedule for us but Joshua didn't give up and he got me a vehicle today. He made sure I didn't have to waste money on Uber rides and he got me a credit towards what I paid to get there. If you care about customer service and how your treated there the place to go they are amazing! Thank you Joshua and Torrance for everything you truly are amazing people and I was blessed today to meet you and have your help I will never forget all you did for me!

They Did a great job . Torrance waited on me . Got me in and out in 20 minutes . Also he got me the auto I had requested .

I came to get a rental from hertz and josh helped me both times. He took care of me and looked out for me. One of the best customer service reps I’ve dealt with.

Had to add a driver and change drop off locations due to impending storm and the customer service reps at this location were wonderful!!
