Quick and Efficient. Definitely one of the more pleasurable experiences when it comes to renting a vehicle. Jovani was extremely attentive as was the entire staff.

Worked with Devon for my pick up and drop off, she helped me get on the road and on my way in no time! She was also helpful in pricing out my options in case I returned my car early or dropped it off at another location.

The location is easy to get to if you're west bound on Broward Blvd. There are chairs in a small waiting area, and had a couple of options on hand for me to choose from. Inventory is not as extensive as you would find at an airport but the prices are definitely better. Helps to have a res before you go!

Folks cleaning my car as I arrived were great too. Shout out to that crew for making sure my ride was super clean - you spend a lot of time in your car and traffic in so Florida 😂

I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The associate representative did the best of the best I can not complain about them they took me through they give me information about the car about the rental and insurance. They were nice and attempt to every question. I wish I could have got the name of the ladies that helped me out and say thanks to them,If Icould have give to this Enterprise Rent-A-Center No 5 but 10 Stars.

What a life saver Enerprise was!! Mom and I arrived in Miami and just did not vibe with our hotel or the town. We had nothing but kindness from everyone we met but Enterprise gave us freedom to move our experience up to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you endlessly for making our trip a joy.

We rented a car last December for couple of days. Since the 1st time we went there to inquire Dayna made everything smooth. We told her what type of vehicle we were looking for to rent. She explained to us everything. And answered all our questions. Very professional. This is our new place to go whenever we need a rental car. Ask for Dayna if you want a easy and fast great customer service.

Dayna Nunnery was outstanding! She checked on me numerous times, She made me aware that my insurance co was incorrect on when I needed to return the rental which saved me $300!! She also stayed past her quitting time to wait for me to return the car since I had been out of town. Her customer service was incredible and I’ll use Enterprise again because of her.

I cannot recommend this location enough, especially Dana. I’ve never had such a great experience at a car rental facility. Dana went above and beyond to not only help me, but every single person waiting for a vehicle with a smile on her face and an amazing personality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The young woman, Fab who manages this location is phenomenal. So in control of the entire experience, including preparing the car. I have never seen someone work so hard to make sure we had an awesome experience. And this continued beyond taking the car. We got a courteous call to check if we needed the car longer than the reservation. I will alway call this young lady when I need to rent a car and I will refer everyone to her. Hands down my best rental experience!!

During the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, the team at this location came through in a big way. Miriam went above and beyond the definition of good customer service and found us a rental when other locations could not. Our reservation was transferred multiple times and we were told we would not be able to rent a car for the weekend. Miriam took matters into her own hands and found us a car. She was so personable and professional and helpful and made my wife feel at ease.
When we arrived at the location, we realized the car was too small for our family and luggage. Curt took the time to personally find us a car that met our budget and size requirements. He was friendly and professional during a stressful time. He apologized for the situation and showed off some great leadership qualities. He answered all our questions and gave us several options to choose from and made sure we were happy. Without Miriam and Curt, our weekend would have been ruined. We will definitely be coming back.

Everyone was very polite and professional. The entire process was fast and accurate. We were in and out within 20 minutes with a vehicle we enjoyed driving. The return process was also seamless. The young lady was also very kind enough to provide us with a taxi number to get us back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location to rent a vehicle.

I needed a rental at the last minute and Austin was very helpful despite the low inventory. He went over the rental policies thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. Great customer service from all 3 employees I spoke to. I would recommend this location.

I was having a really hard day trying to get a car rental. I made a call to enterprise in another county and was greeted by DANA and she turned my entire day around. I was trying to get to my family reunion and she made an already stressful day better with the smooth process of paperwork and even providing me a place to leave my car so I can just get on the road for my 4 hour drive. I appreciate DANA beyond these words that im writing in this review because her positive and happy energy gave me the strength to finish out my day. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANA.

I used this location due to an accident. When I arrived no cars were available that matched my car’s size. I took the smaller car and was told to call back the following morning to see what was available. Fab found me a vehicle that matched my category and I was highly pleased with my whole experience. Fab communicated with me even after my rental contract was over. I’ll definitely recommend and use this location again due to her kindness and customer service.

Had a great experience with this Enterprise office. Everything was done outside due to Covid which was very safe. I was in and out in a timely manner.
My rep. Miriam was professional and courteous. Picked me and dropped me off at the dealer which was another plus. Their customer service was excellent.
I will definitely use them again.
