Sage Dental of Hallandale Beach

Sage Dental of Hallandale Beach made my first visit easy and pleasant. I made my appointment online and was contacted to complete necessary paperwork in the comfort of my home prior to the appointment. Cassie was my Dental Assistant, and she was pleasant and professional (as was everyone that I interacted with). My first hygienist (I believe his name was Teddy) charted my gum depth pockets before Dr Muller evaluated me and performed an oral cancer screening. Teddy was courteous and accommodating. Dr Muller determined that all was well and processed me to another hygienist (Garcia) for cleaning. Garcia was fast, efficient, and effective.
My overall impression is positive one. So far, I am pleased with my choice.

Easy booking the appointment, fast check in process, friendly staff and doctor. And I love that they have a savings program for people without dental insurance. Will highly recommend!

Dr. Schram and Dr. Demos are amazing. I appreciate how they take the time to explain every aspect of care to my children before starting treatment. Involving them in their care of a great way of enhancing patient experience. I would definitely recommend both doctors to my family and friends.

Went to Sage Dental in Hallandale for the first time today and the staff was AMAZING. Dr. Ronald Schram is very knowledgeable, honest, and treats his patient with so much care! I felt 100% comfortable and they are super accommodating! Highly recommend this location!

I can't say enough positive things about Yosimar who cleans my teeths and is just the best! She is amazing in what she does, very professional and friendly as well. Highly highly recommend A+++++++ :)

Ok I read the review and thought no place could be that friendly but I was wrong Dr. Muller is A1 the staff was friendly the hygienist could have been a little more gentle but over all for a first time visit and experiencing mouth pain I'm glad I chose Sage Dental high recommend this place Felicia I hope that her name she was amazing she the one who help with the plan of care 😊

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I was experiencing a lot of discomfort with a molar and they were able to schedule me for an initial consult with Dr. Schram the same day. They squeezed me in to see Dr. Sas ,Endodontist, the next available day he was in the office. I didn’t know what to expect for my first root canal, but I had a great experience . Dr Sas and Dr. Schram do a great job at explaining the process, while checking on you to make sure are comfortable during the procedure. My tooth feels great after and I am back to chewing on that side of my mouth without any discomfort. I would definitely recommend this Sage of Hallandale Beach for your dental needs .

I recently visited Sage Dental of for a dental appointment, and I must say that the front desk service I received from Felisha Jeanty was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment I walked in.

Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by Felisha who had a friendly and welcoming demeanor. They promptly checked me in and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork, making the process quick and hassle-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the dental procedures offered at the office and was able to answer all my questions regarding insurance coverage and appointment scheduling. She patiently explained the process and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed.

What impressed me the most was her ability to multitask effectively. Despite a busy office environment, she remained calm and organized, efficiently managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and attending to walk-in patients. She maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout, ensuring that everyone's needs were met.

Additionally, the reception area was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant ambiance. The waiting time was minimal, and she kept me informed about any delays or changes in the schedule, which I greatly appreciated.

Felisha at Sage Dental exceeded my expectations. Her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and professionalism created a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I felt valued as a patient, and her exceptional customer service made my visit to the dental office a pleasant one.

Sage dental care is great. Felicia at the check in and out was smooth, very kind and her smile made my day. Dr. Muller was super attentive listening to my concerns and explained to me the best plan.
I also had the best cleaning with Yosimar.

I was in AWWW of this Awesome experience as this was Totally Unexpected for a Root Canal, Crown, Deep Cleaning and 3D Imaging. EVERYONE from Sharon at Check in, Cassie Doing the 3D Imaging and Assisting Dr. Sas, who was the Endodontist that made drilling an all but PAINLESS experience. I CANNOT PRAISE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM ENOUGH.
This Whole Experience began with Felicia at the Relm with Insurance Approvals, scheduling of appointments and keeping everything on track.
