The workout session by the Black male instructor Paul was LIT! The senior citizens here don't get a chance to sit around and do nothing! They are kept active! Paul keeps the workout fun and engaging. A beautiful facility. I'm glad it exists for the senior citizens to go to and have a space of their own.
