Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines

Crunch Fitness Pembroke Pines exceeded all my expectations, thanks in large part to Ari at the front desk. Her exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a genuine willingness to assist, made my gym experience truly remarkable. Ari's treatment of military personnel reflects a commendable level of respect and gratitude. Beyond her friendly demeanor, Ari diligently ensures the facility remains spotless and clean, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The commitment to cleanliness and the exceptional service provided by Ari make Crunch Fitness Pembroke Pines stand out as a top-notch fitness center. I wholeheartedly recommend new military members to the area, seeking a positive and well-maintained gym experience.

Great classes at Crunch especially the riding classes! The personnel at the front desk provides exceptional service and very friendly and courteous! Jamal the manager is truly the best of the best! Always friendly and smiling! Helpful and knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile ..Kudos to the team!

I love the new staff! I was going to cancel my membership. I met the personal training manager, the general manager, and the owner and they are terrific. Big change in customer service as well. Blaze’s classes are amazing. Yoga with Claudia is also great!

I love this gym with my whole soul. I’ve been on my lifting journey here for over a year and it’s been great. However, I wish the gym could keep the schedule of 5am-11pm everyday. Maybe 11:59 😅? Haha it’s been a great time

I had a great experience when I had to cancel an old membership (ex-husband's) with the General Manager at this location, Carlos Duque. He responded to my emails quickly and resolved my issue in minutes. I can really say that I never had this type of customer service at a gym before. Thanks for your help! My ex can go pay for his own membership now! LOL

I entered Crunch not knowing if I wanted to sign up but JC really helped solidify my decision. He was incredibly welcoming, gave me a tour of the entire gym, and even let me try the aqua massage which I told him was my favorite part of the gym. Thank you JC for your help and attention today, it made an impact in my final decision.

I have been a member of this location for almost 3 years now and I truly love this gym and it's staff!!! Especially stephen who has been here for a while, he is very kind and attentive to the members of this club. As he always allows me to charge my headphones and attends to whatever else I may need.

Always clean. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have 5 other gym memberships but always chose this franchise and this location specifically

In this age of cynicism I lost something of value at this gym, and to my surprise; someone turned it into Lost and Found. Proving definitively that there are good people here. I wholeheartedly have to recommend this gym. I even put the membership on hold and joined and tried LA Fitness in Pembroke Pines on Flamingo and Sheridan for two months. It cost more, was dirtier, busier, and the management was nasty. It was not a better experience. Maybe LA Fitness Hollywood would be good. That one has a way better vibe than Pembroke Pines but Crunch Rocks.

I came here to check out Crunch, and I was impressed (I've traveled the world and seen a lot of gyms) and I signed up. It was clean, spacious, not too crowded (at around 4pm) and had a lot more functional equipment than most of the planet fitness' or gold's gyms or 24 hr fitness'.

I'd say it was like a cross between Golds gym and planet fitness and a boxing gym. It had a massage chair and a tanning booth and at least two full squat racks with bumper plates and at least two punching bags and a bunch of trx gear and a turf area for functional training and tire flipping, and the machines were better than the typical cheap 24 hour machines. The gym goers seem considerate of each other and the personal trainer was knowledgeable and happy to be helpful. They also had plenty of cable stations and a well padded back extension bench (with wheels and all.sorts of adjustability!) and a long wall of free weights that were all organized as they should be.

They also had a unique 3d smith machine that I hadn't seen anywhere in the world before.

The mens locker room had an open floorplan, and wasn't like a narrow hallway, so there's room to change if you want to change in there, but there weren't private changing rooms, and there weren't people who were hanging out in there for who knows why, it seemed hardly used really.

It's kind of small for how popular I bet it is, so I can imagine it being overcrowded at peak hours, but apparently they shepherd the folks into group HIIT sessions which also makes it almost kind of like a cross fit without the joint injuries.

I was very happy with what I experienced. They just need to knock down a wall and make it bigger so more people can enjoy the place.

They also said they're installing gender segregated steam rooms which is a great expansion.

So they're doing great with their space, and the staff was helpful. I had to change the review from four to five stars because the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They also offered some personal training that is tremendously valuable and even included diet planning and measuring your body stats. The bottom line is that you're getting way more than your money's worth here. If you can afford the personal training it's worth it. There are also officers who patrol the area and the area is pretty safe I think, as far as I know as a traveler.

And one last thing I noticed that's a huge plus is that it.has bike lock up racks in front in you are a 100% kind of person

I go to both Pembroke Pines and West Pembroke Pines and they are amazing, the classes are fun and challenging and the machines are well kept!

Quick and friendly customer service, 18 minutes flat to become a member without any hassle! Best gym ever!!!

This morning I had the HitZone work out before I leave I want to share a shout out to Yeni and Austin for their Joy and openness and they gave me a free red bill which is nice

I've tried a few different gyms out here but this one was the best! The facility is clean, all the equipment works, the staff is nice and friendly. The price is pretty unbeatable. Everyone is there to work out, good vibe and energy.
