We had a condominium association board who were trying to force us to remove our service dog and ESA dog. Even with proper documentation, they had a vendetta against us. Herb came to the rescue. Since we had moved due to the harassment, Herb was able to obtain a financial settlement, in addition to, the association now being overseen by HUD for six months and the settlement information being public record, in case they try this again on another owner. Our condominium suffered severe water damage coming from the exterior of the unit. We contacted our homeowners insurance company, they denied coverage and blamed it on the condominium association who further denied responsibility. We then went to the internet to seek an attorney who specializes in these matters. The most impressive website was that of Herb Milgrim. An appointment was arranged and after a lengthy discussion I was convinced that we had the right person.
Herb is easy to talk to and is accessible, reactive and extremely knowledgeable in his specialty. He negotiated a wonderful settlement
for us. Should we ever have another incident of these sorts, we would
not hesitate to seek Herb's services. I would recommend him to anyone
who has the need of a great coop or condo attorney.

I found Mr. Milgrim on the internet after trying unsuccessfully to resolve the issue of walking my dogs in the common areas of the property where I purchased a villa. My 2 dogs had already been accepted by the Board of Directors since their acceptance was my only contingency to the purchase.

Mr. Milgrim responded the same day I had placed a request for consultation. He was confident that he could resolve the issue and he certainly did. I emailed a summary of my problem to several lawyers to decide who could help. Mr. Milgrim clarified everything for free. He saved me and my condo neighbors from an expensive mistake. Some lawyers advertised a free consultation but didn't respond. One contacted me repeatedly to get me into their $300 consultation, though if they were competent, they knew I should just drop it. One didn't seem to know condo law but was a generalist willing to take my case and be paid for learning condo law. Mr. Milgrim decidedly does know condo law and precedent, plus he's kind, helpful, and not after your money.

Herb Called me personally himself he is truly kind and caring and really gives advise and knowledgeable.
