They also positioned the drip edge above the edge of the gutter. They even replaced a leaky roof board at no additional cost. The price I agreed to was the price I paid, with no hidden charges. The team, including Gerald, Norman, and Diego, were very attentive and responsive. They tidied up thoroughly after the job, leaving no mess behind. The shingles were secured tightly, and any problems were addressed promptly. They also replaced the gutters, doing an excellent job. All tasks were executed brilliantly. The leaking in my fascia is no longer an issue, thanks to their work. They truly are the best roofers in Hallandale Beach.

However, Gerald and Malik from Brave Roofers chose to do what was right, even though it wasn't the most profitable route for them. Not only did they provide an affordable repair, but Gerald also took the time to explore my attic for a detailed inspection, identifying other issues that could be rectified. the service was professional and prompt. i had a great experience working with them on filing an insurance claim for the building owner. despite my busy work schedule, the owner, norman, came to my home to help me through the process and select the perfect roofing shingles. the team also checked in with me to see if i wanted to get my shingles replaced earlier as they had an unexpected opening. their customer service was truly exceptional. i highly recommend them for any roofing needs in hallandale beach.

Dishonest people who do not comply with 's. This company has caused me a fantastic deal of stress over a roof replacement. They made changes to my roof structure without my consent or approval. Aside from that, I can't service but feel that their approach to resolving this dilemma would be different if I were not a black woman.

This is a first class company. Jayce was outstanding to deal with. He was informative and supportive throughout the process. The installers all were great. They showed up on time and finished the work They cleaned up I would immensely recommend this company!

I had a few minor repairs to damaged siding and rotting wood around my windows. The task was done (no long wait times in scheduling or ordering product). Kyle arrived the first day to make sure the work started off well and walked through with us/answered our questions one more time. The men who completed the work were very polite and hardworking. I thought the cost was reasonable and Kyle even gave us tips/solutions to help save us money whereas other companies I'm sure would have tried to sell us more services. I would use them again.

They replaced a fence. job was done within 24 hrs of request which was important to me because I have 2 dogs. Darrell was awesome! I appreciate the quality of job and the clean up was great! Will use again and highly recommend to others.

I LOVE Chandler Roofing! Over the years, I had about 6 different roofers out and they restored a particular problem. But, the next rainy season, another area would begin leaking. I live at the top of Palos Verdes; wind can come from multiple directions causing leaks depending on the wind direction. Finally I found Chandler Roofing. They arrived out time and fixed my roof time! However, a few years later, a leak was showing through. The owner of Chandler Roofing was shocked that I called - "You have the Cadallac of roofs!" The problem was the roof, rain was coming in under the 3 chimney caps. Yup, Chandler Roofing again came to my rescue, made new chimney caps and my roof is again leak free

Had a fantastic time, even with the ongoing rainstorm. They started off, took down the roof and put up the plastic undercover. Then, a forecast of 30% rain turned into a 5-day storm. Not a single drop of water made it through the plastic. They kept me updated all the way and continued to reassure me. Their pricing was on par with others in Hallandale Beach and we're happy with the final outcome. Norman and Gerald were really helpful.
