Due to mismanagement of the HOA board in Hollywood Gardens, Hollywood, Florida this outside accounting office was hired. When I attempted to get clarity regarding my payments based on my invoice, I was yelled at and cut off. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professional behavior, and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers. If you want to experience professionalism I suggest you avoid this company. I would share a name but based on my experience the culture of this company is fully represented by the employee’s disposition. This firm is not an accredited company with the BBB.

I do not find this firm to be professional or trustworthy. Through my experiences dealing with Bonnie, I have come to the conclusion that she is essentially a thief. I know others feel this way too. Overall I’m very disappointed in how Bonnie handles herself, and it’s a poor reflection on this company.
I recommend this firm to nobody.

Deceptive employer practices where they deduct hours from employee paychecks. They will bend all the rules to get away from paying you fairly. They were audited by Dept. of Labor and lost the case. Stay away.
