I have tried impulse years ago and I I did not have the great experience I just had my second time (instructor was different) I really enjoy the class, the vibe, the service since the moment you check in, the music and the personalized work out. Sebastian went over the basics of the suit, how it works on your body and how important it is to warm up very well for the electrodes to work optimally! If you are thinking on combining this with your weight lifting or if you just want to do it by itself I totally recommend it! Class was yesterday and I can already feel the soreness that everybody likes after working out.

The whole concept is great: the fact the in 25 minutes you can have a complete workout and work all muscles at the same time is amazing. You choose how intense you want to go. The booking system works seamlessly. The staff is great. It is so personalized, they really take care of you and your needs. I’ve been enrolled for more than a year now and don’t plan to stop. Give it a try!

This place is amazing! If you haven't tried this workout yet it is a must! I am busy and don't want to spend an hour in the gym so here you are in and out in 25 minutes and get a full body workout. Staff is super friendly and supportive and make it fun. I feel great every time I leave and I must say it is by far one of the best workouts I've ever had. Give it a try!

I love this new concept of workout. It’s fast, fun and I sweat like crazy without feeling like I’m really working hard. The location at Gulfstream is ideal. And finally, the trainers are professional, enthusiastic and committed to getting you where you want to go. I love it!

Impuls Body Fitness is not very big, but it is really very cozy. A very friendly team, I love them all. There is everything you need for exercise. People of different ages come here to do sports for health and beauty, and all of us leaving the classes in a good mood. I have been going to group classes for 2 years with great pleasure. This is a great merit of the instructors in getting the result. The most important thing in this gym is that by using the suit and impulses, you spend less time training. I highly recommend Impulse Body Fitness!!!

If you don't like to workout or eating chicken and broccoli to be fit, this place is amazing, with that suit you can have a regular life and get to your fitness goals without great efforts or long hours.
