Through no fault of their own, the folks at Sunrise helped me navigate through a maze of problems. My insurance company went bankrupt before they could pay the full amount of my claim. Then the Florida government agency messed up by sending my settlement check to the wrong address 3 times. But the great folks at Sunrise persevered and I finally received my check. Eli, Barbara, Adrianna and Yossi did a marvelous job of helping and making sure to keep me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Public Adjusters!

First off I would never wish a Cat 5 hurricane on anyone, second I would never wish fighting your insurance company on anyone either….With that being said I sought out a private adjuster after only receiving 26k with well over 150k of damage inside and the exterior. I called on a few local teams that said my deductible was too high and something else….in other words my policy wasn’t the “low hanging fruit” policy that would put them to work. So right before I was giving up I was recommended to call Sunrise Public Adjusters from a trusted friend. Well I’m soooooo BEYOND grateful I did! And boy did they go to work right away! Teams of professionals were organized and scheduled/ commutation was always met with kindness and up front information. I felt like I was the only person they were taking care of. In the end I got every penny I needed to put my home back together and I truly feel like I gained a family! I am sorry to anyone who may have to go through this in the future! But PLEASE don’t call anyone else!!!! Thank you Benji and Sunrise team! You are ALL amazing!

After the hurricane hit Fort Myers, Florida, and my home was damaged, I was having difficulty getting my home insurance company to respond to my claim. Only good things to say. The 2 adjusters we worked with after Hurricane Michael were Great. They handled all of the paperwork headaches which let us work on our house & belongings right away (not like a couple of neighbors who had all kinds of problems trying to get their Ins. payments many months later). Highly recommend them.

After Irma. our house was a disaster. The insurance company came out and gave us an adjustment that didn't even meet out deductible!! Immediately after receiving the letter I called Yossi from Sunrise Public Adjusters. They came out on a Sunday, and spent 2 hours going threw our home finding things that even I had missed. Very thorough and polite while in our home as well I might add.
After months of them communicating with our insurance company and our insurance company was of course fighting them the whole time Sunrise stated that we may need to get a lawyer to push the insurance company to meet our needs on our home. The lawyer they recommended was amazing as well!! Just a few weeks of him filing the lawsuit against my insurance company they sent out a lawyer and adjuster of there own. They went through our home. Wrote some things down and left ( they were going off the paperwork that Sunrise submitted to them). Three days later they gave us an estimate that was exactly what Yossi and his team said it should be!!!!!!!
Without Sunrise Public Adjusters my wife and I would still be fighting( and most definitely loosing) with our insurance. This company was worth the money!!

I spoke with Yossi Lazerson about my claim on my property after hurricane Michael. I had been paid by my insurance company and believing that I was treated fairly by my insurance company I told him that I was very happy with my settlement and was not really sure what I was being reimbursed for. Yossi looked at my insurance policy and realized I had exceptional coverage and was being paid far less than in compensation than my policy allotted for. After a review by his company and submission of a claim he more than doubled my payment after proving to my insurance company that there were expenses and damage that wasn't addressed. This was all done in a very short amount of time. They were very professional and attentive to my needs.

Sunrise public adjuster is amazing, David take care of all my issues that previous adjuster couldn’t handle. I strongly advise you guys to check them out with any problem you may have in the future as far as roof damage, leaking pipe and more. I’m very happy with their results.
