They’re doing pump fraud… I just spent 38.06 on my gas and I paid at the pump. The clerk had my receipt. I get a notification that said I spent $100.00 on gas. I never did that.

Terrible. Worst gas station I have ever stepped foot in. I own many gas stations here in Florida and it’s a disgrace when I walked in here…the girl who was working here at night at around 12am on December 17th. This thing was so rude I can’t even describe her as a person, I have to refer her as a “thing”. This thing you guys have on your night shift was so rude when I asked for where a product was, this thing said, “you don’t see it in front of you?” I’m still looking and this poor roach kept repeating, “ you don’t see it in front of you” like duh there’s so many other products around it would be helpful if you POINT it out for me to be able to notice it. What is wrong with this roach? Instead of writing here I should just call pest control so they can do a better job in getting rid of this “thing”. Poor roach will never amount to anything in life, guarantee this roach can’t afford 1/100th of my income lol. Peasant.

I was charged an extra $3 for cherry scent?
Not only did they not spray the cherry but nothing at all.
Gas attendant totally tries not to help you at all. I asked for a tylenol while he was on his cell, so he didnt hear me. Ok no problem. I asked him again, and again and again. Each time he would put the phone to his ear to purposely say i cant hear you.
Totally disrespectful! He needs to be fired!

BE AWARE. on June 20, 2019 i took my SUV wash it and a very valuable item was “lost” by their staff. i own a small flowershop and inside the car we had a rack of 4 x 1 foot. after 25 min of the car been washed. one of the several managers called me and told me the car was ready. when i returned i check the car and the item was missing. they couldnt locate it anywhere. one of their staff pedro said he saw when they put in the grass and apparently return it to the back of the car. i called for an entire week and even return to the place to check the garbage and nothing it was gone. the owner said she cant be responsible for things that get lost so they did not compensate me. so now i am in the process of buying the item again because they werent responsible. TERRIBLE CAR WASH. they dont even have a google listing or a phone number, not even register in sunbiz. very shady business. outside their location they called themselves Mr. Carwash and is located in the corner of Pines and University. BE AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST STAFF.

The worst gas station in Pines. Their convenient location (corner of University and Pines) is the only advantage. The pumps are rigged with cc skimmers, the hand car wash attendants do a subpar job of cleaning. They left smudges on the front and back windows, scruff marks on the door panels, etc. Just awful. And the overweight hispanic male clerk at the counter has horrible manners and customer service. He’s friendly towards white and Hispanic customers only, which means he probably hates those darker than him. Oh well. Welcome to America, gordito!!

I paid for hand wax on my truck. I watched them wash and clean the truck then the drove it around to the carport, dried it and said it was done. I told the lady I was watching and they dried it and did not wax. she said she did. and lied to my face. wow never going back! paid cash no recourse.

Been coming to this gas station for years, and last night was the last time going there. My wife and I went there for gas but was rudely greeted by the night cashier guy plus felt very uncomfortable by the drunk old man who lingers around. So I’m switching to shells it’s cheaper and the cashiers are friendly
