The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The stain is exactly what I need, and my order was filled right away. I am always able to find everything I need for my painting projects at Sherwin Williams.

I have always had a good experience at the Waynesboro store. Employees are friendly and helpful. I have also gotten good advice from them on what products are best for my projects. Highly recommend this store!

Choosing paint while social distancing was difficult, but the guys in the store spent time with me over the phone trying to help me understand the differences with the many whites available. Always friendly.

Service was excellent, for me it comes down to value. Not sure prices are competitive with big-box home improvement stores, but would definitely recommend Sherman Williams where that level of service is required.
