A quaint fun mom and pop hardware store where you can find most nuts, bolts, etc. I go there to get my chlorine jugs filled when the other pool stores are closed on Sundays. The owners are very nice, helpful, and accommodating! For every dollar you spend, you get a point. Once you reach 500 points, it adds up to $5.00 to use for your next purchase! I wonder if they still sell the pink flamingo yard statues? Oh, make sure if you are coming from the East to use 70th Street versus the entrance right off of Taft. I always felt it was more of a risk to get rear-ended.

Went for a keys cut service although there were some of my keys that I couldn't have service performed yet the customer service was anA+ one...the young man asked me questions he even recommended some locksmith and provided me with his information...I noticed a young lady dealing with a customer going above and beyond to satisfy their needs. I definitely recommend this place for your pool service needs as well as any hardware adventure...they know what they are talking about. I love this place!

Convenient hardware store in Pembroke Pines/Hollywood! Went into this place for the first time knowing they have been there for years ! Now that I own a home this place is going to be my new go to! Love the mom and pop feel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Yes, you may end up paying a little more than the big places but I prefer to give them the money than deal with the bad customer service at big retailers. It's hard nowadays to find these little gems! Support your local small businesses!

Well; First and foremost Richards I have been coming to since I was 19yrs young; The Love Mr Richard brought to the community was unparalleled. Nevertheless I met Tiffany (Boss) officially today. Although I had seen her before. When I say it was a FIVE STAR experience I'm really cutting it short. This is a place that allows you to feel right at home. Thank Miss Tiffany for showing that we still have Love in this World; And ofcourse very versed in Her speciality in running this entity.

I went there today to have a key made for my Hyundai Elantra customer service was awesome the two gentlemen's working help me out very much with making the key for my car and making sure I had the right key to fit the car ignition service was awesome💯🙏❤

I'm so grateful that Richards is nearby. They are everything a hardware store should be. They have all sorts of things squirreled away that you won't find in the big box stores, they are friendly as can be, and they are veritable founts of knowledge. On the rare occasion when they didn't have what I needed, they told me where to find it and helped me understand what I needed to know.

Richards Hardware is the BEST! 99% of the time they have exactly what I`m looking for & I`m always greeted with a friendly "Do you need any help?" as soon as I walk in the door.
And they`re open on Sundays for a weekend project unlike many other hardware stores.
FORGET about those "big box" stores like "HD" & the "L". Half the time they don`t have what you need or it`s always "out of stock", even though online it states there are plenty avaiable. And when you need help from a store sales associate in most aisles, there are none to be found & it`s like being in a ghost town. Trust me, it`s not worth wasting your valuable time & expensive gas to save a few nickels or dimes. Instead, go to Richards Hardware & get what you need at a very reasonable price along with excellent customer service. You won`t be disappointed!

Tiffany is great. You walk through the door you get greeted by everybody wonderful customer service. Just about the same atmosphere back when Mr Richard was alive. If you don't find what you're looking for they'll order it for you. Better customer service than any of the chain stores. They care about their customers here.

Went in to fix a car key. AMAZING service. The girl (sorry I didn’t catch your name :( ) was patient and probably saved me a ton of money. Definitely coming back. Store is nice, organized and full of everything u want. Thx 🙏

I have been shopping at Richards hardware for over 40 years.
It has always been well stocked and well run but the new ownership has done amazing things with the store. It is very well organized very well stocked and the employees are about as pleasant and helpful as you can get. Highly recommend supporting this local business. I haven’t done an exact survey but the prices appear to be just as good as the big box stores so why not just help the local guy.

Nice and pleasant helpers. Well organized, there are plastic Model's, hobby paint, glue you can purchase and build. Just like the old days. They do a great job at sharping Knifes, blades etc. They have Lots of items that the Big hardware store's don't have, saved me on my old awnings windows repairs.
Give them a visit.

Richards is a great little neighborhood hardware store. Friendly and helpful staff, and a very broad selection of products. From the smallest nuts and bolts, to an extensive plumbing section, they really have it all. They also offer fast service on screen repair and key cutting at fair prices. Skip Home Depot and give Richards a chance. They'll be glad to help! For me, they can't be beat.

My new go to, this neighborhood hardware store is a gem.

Had everything I need and we're extremely helpful in finding the right parts. The store is small enough that everything is easy to find, but large enough that there is a good selection. The parking is fairlylimited but it is much easier to go here and find everything I need than to risk going to home Depot or Lowe's and wait in a very long line

This handy store is very well keeped. Everything is organized and easy to find. But it doesnt atop their, their staff if on point in helping you find anything you need, pointing you to the right direction if not. Always ready to help out on which ever project you have. The young man knows a lot about carpentry and all the hands on advice to locate the right tools. The young lady is very eager to assist as well. Knowledgeable staff and go to spirits.

Painting, carpentry, nails, tools of all sorts.
Very nice to have a local hardware store nearby that doesnt charge an arm and a leg like home depot.
