Panera Bread

So we left the Poconos and we're now residing in Sunny South Florida. So we had some interactions with Panera bread Jessica to be exact,, the manager . Gail and I have threw some financial struggles since we got here. On a very limited budget we went to Panera and Jessica restored my faith in humanity. Are living situation it's not the greatest, and you can tell when you first see us instead of treating us us like street urchins, she treated us with kindness, respect, dignity, and love. I want to thank Panera bread for realizing a talent like She has. She is a true five star. Thank you again Gail and John

The service we should double-check! A lot of kids work with attitudes… they talk a lot with each other… Kids! Bc that, doesn't work to ask for food through Uber Eats or another app! ALWAYS COME with missing something or the wrong order😩
But, the food is delicious if they do their job right!

The broccoli & cheddar soup at this location is delicious! Compliments to the chef big time & I have to admit they blow Deerfield beach location away so we will definitely be coming back here from this day moving forward

Recommend! I had dinner here 2 weeks ago and the meal prep crew is the best! One of the best I've ever seen at any Panera. I am so mad I didn't get their names! They were 2 young African-American men and the did an excellent presentation with our meals. Our cashier on the other-hand....needs to get seriously trained on how to speak to her co-workers and customers. I am still giving 5 stars because everything else was fantastic except for our cashier.

Nice place, pleasant atmosphere. Good food. I had pick two turkey chili with greek salad.

Yes this is a chain place and I do prefer smaller business but this place is so underrated! In this picture I have the chicken chipotle sandwich 🥪 I don’t think I’ve ever had this type of bread on it before. The squash soup 🥣 was 5 ⭐! All for a good price and great service. Can never go wrong with one of their combos 👍🏾

I ordered food for delivery and was missing some items. Jessica the manager was willing to help and super kind on the phone. Thanks for the great service

Nice place, nice employees and good choice of menu and breads. Betty and I had a great lunch😊! I have been back but my experience was even more enjoyable as I had their vanilla cinnamon buns! So sinful. Elisa was very helpful and so polite. Joyce is a sweetheart! Of course, I needed some delicious coffee as well!

The manager there deserves EVERYTHING. She replaced my order and was so kind my friend and I came back to order food again the next day because of how sweet she is. She truly cares about customer service and yall should applaud her and her team for that 👏

It is always too cold I have to bring Bring a jacket or sit outside

Yesterday we placed a relatively large order (over $60.00) and there were a couple of issues. We are all human and mistakes will be made. It’s how the mistakes are handled that counts. Panera Bread at 5975 N Federal Hwy handled my issues professionally, and respectfully.
Both managers I’ve spoken with wanted to help me...they wanted to make it right. I understand that numerous staff members handle the pick up orders. That makes it difficult to control the outcome.
All that being said, i will pickup the replacement items when we next visit the store the next time we order on-line.
This location should be proud of their management staff. Your recuiting and training efforts have paid off

This is a great location right by the fitness facility I attend. It's too bad there really isn't a big customer base like in another locations. The staff is friendly, clean and are willing to listen. I'm currently on a special diet and the staff member who attended to me was willing to really put attention to how I needed the order to be made!!! I would definitely recommend.

Always delicious. Almost always goid service

Food is real fresh and delicious 😋 it's even very quiet here you can probably read a book 📖 and forget your at a restaurant
