I came in the store desperate for help with my phone and found out the issue was not caused by T-Mobile. However, Jahvonny troubleshooted my phone and fixed the issue and gave me advice for future issues regarding my iMessages and iCloud. I'm very satisfied with my experience at this store.

My Internet modem was giving me problems so I went to my local T-Mobile store at 2600 Broward Boulevard and I met this gentleman named davinsky devinsky was so good he was very knowledgeable good customer service ready to help understood the question and got me up in moving in no time his customer service is absolutely fantastic I'll go to my local store every time thank you davinsky Ms V

I want to shout and extend my warmest Thank you to an employee Tatiana Turner she went up and beyond customer service and devoted her time with me and was very very nice 🙂 She should be recognized and commended. Happy customer T- Mobile excellent service.

Ann Marie is by the far the best salesperson in T mobile she explained everything in such detail about the benefits of my plan has to offer. She was so friendly and patient extremely helpful. She actually helped me get a new iPhone 14.

Finally, a cell phone store experience that was smooth and helpful! Sonia was my sales agent and she was so nice and helpful. She was super informative, no pushy sales tactics, and was so friendly. I really appreciated her services as well as her knowledge. I would highly recommend this location, as all the employees were super friendly and it was a great vibe throughout the entire store. Ask for Sonia if you want a great sales experience as well!

It was definitely a good experience. Everything was done for me in store. They are kid friendly, entertained my child for the whole time and everybody had a smile on their face the whole time. I would definitely come back for any t mobile problem. Violet was such a great help, very nice person.

The service here is amazing and let me tell you Jose was the best very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Always making sure you get the best value for your service. Visited this store the second time in a day still with questions about traveling abroad long term and choosing a phone. We were so lucky to encounter manager, Vlad who explained things in simple terms. Everything from camera quality with low lighting, to how T-Mo will cut off data after being abroad > 3mo, switching my phones sims & apps, and the use of dual sim phones abroad. This information should be easy to find anywhere. Thanks, again. Took the uncertainty out of being a T-Mo customer.

This is the store to come to if your NOT so tech savvy. Violet is the person to ask for. Honest and professional. This is my store now even if I live down in Dania. Great service and she knows what shes talking about. Cheers!!! Thanks Violet. You rock!!!!

I came in close to closing and was helped by Violet who exceeded my expectations in a worker. From the moment I walked in I get very welcome and she helped me step by step to understand exactly the deal I was getting and what I was paying for. She stayed past her working hours to help me get set up. I recommend this location for anything you need and see Violet!!!

Yesterday, I was at T-Mobile very upset 😡 with customers care about false information on what I needed assistance with, so I visited the store upset and your excellent well experienced Team Member Violet was there to assist me with my needs even though I wasn't able to get my phones yesterday, I got them Today and I'm so please to say she rocks and I love her spirit she has a special kinda calm for dealing with angry customers. Keep up the great team work at this location ❣🥰

Top notch customer service! I came in with an emergency and Andrew the store manager personally assisted me expeditiously. He was a tremendous help! I was able to get a new phone and he even helped me trouble shoot how to get back into my accounts which were locked down. Thanks again to Andrew and the staff!

When you come to this store make sure you SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR VIOLET. Her personality is amazing!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what your purchasing.... she was patient, thorough with explaining details and even pulled up a youtube tutorial to help me with my indecisiveness. What?! Her service is something I've never seen before. Tmobile needs to hurry up and promote her to corporate. Violet's exceptional personality only tops the cake of her customer service.

I visited this T-Mobile because my phone would not charge for some reason. Violet was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me resolve the issue, turns out my phone was just full of lint and dirt! She expertly cleaned it out and now it works like new! Thanks Violet!!!

All employees were very courteous and helpful , but Evans went above and beyond to give us an outstanding service. He helped my mom to get a plan that fit her budget and even help us to transfer all her data to the new phone. Thanks a lot Evans.

I went to T-Mobile on
n yesterday and there was no line of people waiting to be serviced. I went because I didn't know how to have my games listed on the phone for easy access. The Agent that assisted me knew right where to go and I was back in my car in no time.

I went to sprint not to happy with T-Mobile and I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. Stone explained everything and helped me with the whole process of getting my new phone. Anybody that’s thinking about switching to sprint should give him a call. He will take care of you, and make the switch easy and enjoyable.
