Smiles by Josh

Crown popped off during an event on the beach. Called Smiles by Dr. Josh at 2:57. The receptionist greeting me warmly and said, "you're only 10 minutes from our office, come right over!" I arrived and was met by a spa-like experience, with aromatherapy, and new comfy socks and slippers to wear during my procedure. The exam rooms are spotless and they like to keep them that way! Dr. Josh is amazing and he was able to sterilize my crown and seal it back on within minutes! I was back in my car and on my way at 3:43! Can you believe that?! 5-Star experience! Thank you Smiles by Dr. Josh, if we weren't moving out of state, this would be my new dental office!

Stellar, incredibly talented, compassionate dentist focused on turning a visit to the dentist into a luxurious relaxing event. It does not come any better than this. Be sure to try out the massage chair while you're there- its a real unexpected treat.

I went to see Dr Josh this afternoon all I can say is what an experience !! His office is the most beautiful relaxing place in Ft. Lauderdale!!! He is the best dentist an has the most caring staff for sure🌺

My experience of Dr. Josh has spread over 5-6 years.
It’s been my good fortune to encounter this practice by a trusted friend, on their recommendation that he’s the gentlest, most careful and accomplished dentist they’ve ever experienced.
That recommendation has been supported out of a variety of procedures that has instilled confidence and willingness to my welfare and comfort ‘in the chair’.

We love everyone at this facility. Dr Josh is the best doctor we have ever had he is so kind and gentle and reassuring! We love the staff they are like family ! I literally have the most anxiety with all the problems and experience I have had….they put me completely at ease. I just cannot say enough how. Much we love them !!

Always a great experience. I hate going to the dentist but they make it as pleasant as possible! Music, slippers, and massage chair not to mention the staff. The dentistry is amazing work!

Doctor Josh is an amazing human being. There isn't a dental professional as kind and caring as him. His skill is only surpassed by the kindness he treats his customers with. And it is definitely something that rubs off on everyone in the office.

I have to do this review i don’t usually give reviews Dr Josh is a wonderful man I called him on a Sunday I didn’t think that he was gonna call me back until Monday, but he did. I had a horrible toothache. Worst in my life he met me at his office. He took x-rays. He showed me what was wrong. He gave me a root canal and filled a cavity and saved my vacation . And I still can’t believe it was on a Sunday afternoon. What a great guy can’t say enough good things about smiles by Josh I have a new friend

Josh is a great doctor. He works efficiently but is also very thorough. He explains what he’s doing as he goes along and is always making sure you feel comfortable which is important to me being that I get anxious in the chair. He puts a special lavender lotion under your nose to calm you down and puts stuff on your lips to keep them from drying out. He also has a dog that walks around the office and will sit on your lap during your appointment. His name is Sammy and he helps me calm down so much when I get anesthetic injections. The office charges higher prices than what I’m used to but you surely get what you pay for. I highly recommend going here. You’ll be taken care of very much.

Outstanding. I amended this review after reading the two reviews about pricing and recommended services in defense of Dr. Josh. There are no comparisons to other offices. Dr. Josh is honest, skilled, and values your health and teeth as much as you do. Dr. Josh has a gentle hand yet he perfects his work while making each patient smarter on every visit. Experience like no other. I have been a patient for over 5 years. I am defending his work, pricing and honesty and I challenge any reviews to the contrary. Hands down, Dr. Josh is the best Dentist that I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, Giselle at the front desk is right there making you feel welcomed and comfortable. I love her personality! I had an unexpected infection while visiting family over the holidays and Dr. Josh was able to meet over the weekend. He immediately relieved my pain and preformed the first part of a root canal. The procedure was smooth and painless. If I lived in town, I would definitely come back. I highly recommend Dr. Josh, he is wonderful at communicating and explaining options/costs. Dr. Josh and his staff are very professional and friendly. I needed two teeth out to continue my orthodontics treatment and he did the job. Since the time I got there, Gisele was very nice, then Dr. Josh prepared me with a blanket, lavender and coco butter cream around my lips and nose to relax, also warm lavender pack and last laughing gas to relax. I did not feel anything the whole time I was there. It felt so relaxing, I even told him that if I was gonna be that relax, he could take all the teeth he wanted 😆. Also I got to mention that before any appointment, they check the insurance and let me know how much I will need to pay, which that is very important for me. Thank you Dr. Josh and staff for making my visit to the dentist relax and comfortably.
