Chase Roofing is an exceptional company to work with from start to finish. John G. explained everything clearly during the estimate process and was readily available to answer any questions. Everyone on the office staff was accessible, professional and kept me well informed. The roof replacement process was so smooth. The crew was excellent and treated my house and everything in my yard with care. There was no mess, and zero debris in my pool when they were done. The roof is beautiful, I am so happy I chose Chase.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Chase Roofing. From the professionalism in the office to the work in the field, they do a wonderful job. From start to finish Chase Roofing did an amazing job. Our salesman Philip Dray was amazing. He made himself available throughout the whole process for any questions we had. The staff at Chase was extremely polite and very attentive. They always answer your text or emails promptly. We are very happy we went with Chase Roofing and will definitely recommend them to others.

The process of having my roof / soffit repaired was great through Chase roofing. They were prompt with calls and scheduling and getting someone out for an estimate. On the day of the repair they actually had someone call out and wanted to reschedule, but as I was going out of town they made sure to make it happen the day I anticipated. The team was courteous and the repair looks phenomenal. The team also cleaned off leaves from my roof and left zero mess after the job! Have a few other areas to repair and will definitely use chase roofing again for them.

Just finished our roof with Chase Roofing and they made an arduous experience as painless as possible. They are very attentive, personal and transparent, no shady business. Other roof companies just sent us satellite images of our roof with a ridiculous quote. Connor came to our house and explained step by step on what the job entailed and answered all of my questions, going above and beyond what we expected from any roofing company. The price was also the best one we received out of several quotes. Their roofers cleaned any debris by the end of the day, each working day. The only reason these jobs take long are due to inspections and permits, but they work FAST! Awesome company. Can't say it enough!

Just completed new roof with Chase Roofing. A professional contractor with fantastic customer service. Phillip our salesman was great.. Andrei on site was extremely helpful. Fantastic family business! While at a wine dinner one evening, I was notified that a storm shorted out our electrical panel at our business and we lost the electricity for our walk-in freezer filled with product. Tamara and John Chase happened to be at that dinner, and I asked if they could help. They said of course and sent out two roofers early the next morning who quickly identified the issue and repaired the roof in the pouring rain. We were very pleased with the quick, excellent service and kindness of the Chases. I highly recommend them!

They showed up on the scheduled day, and completed the repairs. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They even cleaned up all debris. Back in 2019 we added an addition to our house and needed the roofing done on it, as well as re-roofing the 20-year old roof on the existing part of the house (including a patio flat roof). I shopped around and checked several reviews. Philip came out to give an estimate and was such a nice person to work with. Based on what he offered, together with the good reviews, we decided to go with Chase. We are very happy with their work! Everything was done well, they were able to complete it in good time, and everything was cleaned up. The roof came out great, although about a year later we found a small leak and a couple of the shingles on the ridge vent had come loose. I was getting ready to call them when they called me for an free annual inspection (which I didn't know they did) so I told them about the leak. Within a day they were out and fixed both! And, this reminded me that I never left a review for them. I would definitely recommend Chase, they were such a delight to work with and their work is fantastic.

We had an excellent experience with Chase Roofing. From the beginning, our sales rep, John Guglielmi, was very thorough and informative about our many options, and he remained available for questions. We ended up going with an upgraded aluminum roof in charcoal, as well as other enhancements, like a roof vent system and the installation of additional hurricane straps to the trusses and the exterior walls. The installation team was also top-notch and did their very best to keep the jobsite clean. When we had a couple of concerns about some of the finished edges, and the team was very patient and informative as to our options. Finally, the office staff, especially Brooke, Kelly and Vanessa, are on top of the Customer Service game, and were very responsive to our many questions. Two thumbs up for Chase Roofing.

Chase Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Very conscientious, meticulous, and trustworthy which is a must today, but hard to come by. Everything was done with great care and Mike and Jivon were very professional and responsible in making sure everything was going well throughout the project. Cleanup after the job was thorough. We recently had Chase roofing do some minor rood and soffit repair. They did a great job. If we ever need to replace the entire roof I would definitely call them for a quote

Phillip Dray was more then just our sale representative, more like our concierge, always there when needed. He stayed on top of the entire process. He was very professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire job. The roofing teams were professional, efficient and respectful of the property. the crews "always" cleaned up at the end of the day being very careful to pickup any nails that might have fallen. they took care to cover my new pool. They sent me some very nice chocolate 2 months after the job was completed. Chase roofing is clearly run by a team that truly cares about their customer. Just had a new roof ( barrel tile ) installed. The entire process, from Phil to the one site crew, Valarie and the final walk through was amazing. The customer service is simply outstanding………….
