Eddie's Thai

My mother and I came here on a Tuesday, and loved our entire experience. I enjoyed the crispy duck in a sweet and sour sauce and the meat melted in my mouth. My mom ordered the pad Thai and Tom kha soup— both of which were also amazing. We finished with the Thai donuts and thought it was the perfect finisher. Eddie is a pleasure and made our visit all the more memorable. This is definitely a place I will come back to. Pictures are of the duck and donuts. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

We got there bit late around 9.30. They sat us down and took care of us like they have known us for ever. This is a family owned operation. They treat you like family. Place is very clean. Food was really good. All that food two beers and three thai ice teas for $100.

This place is awesome, authentic, and intimate. My new favorite Thai place in the pines/Cooper city area. The parking is never an issue since it is in a huge plaza. Once you walk in, pretty much seat yourself, and they can handle groups of 8-10. The service has always been attentive and efficient. As far as the food, everyone has been impressed with each and every dish every time we come. I haven't had a bad thing to say, and everything has been delicious. Make sure to get the Thai donuts...so good! They have beer and wine, but no hard alcohol mixed drinks.

I had an amazing and wonderful experience. The owner, Eddie, was friendly, funny, and accommodating. I LOVED the food. I've had Thai before at other places and they were unremarkable, unlike Eddies Thai, which was a delicacy. I came back again and brought my mom and was given same amazing experience! She loved the food too and now we have a favorite local Thai spot. Thank you Eddie!

Best Thai food with a manager/owner that cares of what you think of the food. Never have I seen the husband or wife ask you "Well what don't you like about it?" And then listen to what you have to say and then change it just so you enjoy your meal. 10/10 I recommend this place to all of my friends

Visiting Eddie's Thai was hands down the best part of my trip to Florida. Not only was the food to die for (I'm still dreaming about it days later), but also the experience in that restaurant is like no other. Eddie and his wife create the most welcoming atmosphere and treat you like family. This place is the best! It really is something special tucked away in a strip mall. I am so jealous of anyone who lives in the area that has unlimited access to this restaurant!

First time coming here with my boyfriend & it is a must if you enjoy delicious Thai food & excellent service!! I got the Thai Hot Basil curry which was some of the best tasting flavor I've ever had. My boyfriend got the roasted duck with red Thai curry sauce, also amazing! The staff was friendly & responsive, the owner went out of his way to ask multiple times if we were enjoying everything. Also gave a treat of dessert at the end. Really great people there, even better food. Go support your local Thai restaurant!

Authentic Thai food. We are an assortment of appetizers, soup, and main courses. All of the food was great quality, with very well balanced flavors.

The quality of the add in meat can many times be suspect and will in my opinion allow a good restaurant to stand out form those of average to below average.

We started with the calamari with perfectly consistent texture. The main course I had with Red Coconut Curry Chicken. The chicken was fresh, and the sauce was very flavorful.

I highly recommend you visit and enjoy!!!

All I can say is come for the amazing food, but stay for Eddie!!!

Food: I’ve had my fair share of Pad Thai across the US and Eddie’s is one of the best. Flavor, heat intensity, fresh ingredients.... was amazing. Authenticity is the key here and I felt like I was eating it in Thailand.

Service: Eddie is owner and part time comedian. He kept us laughing the entire meal. Felt like I got dinner and a show...LOL.

Good quality food, fair pricing, incredible service.

Just wanted to stop by and write a quick review. I am a foodie and love finding gems that aren't franchise chains. Stop by Eddie's and his place didn't disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. Great size portion and you must try the Thai donut dessert. You're missing out if you don't go. Don't take my word for it. Just go.

Yesterday was my first time going to Eddie's Thai for #ThaiTuesday and man they didn't disappoint! The staff was great and the food was even better. Eddie was fun and friendly and could be seen talking to every table making sure everything was on point. The plaza they're in is clean and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!!!

Okay here we go! I've been meaning to try this place for several weeks now, I am a regular Thai diner in Pines and I must say, this chicken pad Thai takes the trophy. Eddie is a real funny guy, I actually ran into my neighbor here, just to say that is a popular place. I was skeptical with the consistent 5 star rating, but I must agree! The proportion of chicken in the pad Thai was very satisfying, the undercoat taste in the pad Thai was succulent! Awesome job! I also had the chicken satay for the appetizer, the peanut sauce was not overpowering at all. My friend and I finished off with Thai donuts and fried bananas with ice cream. The Thai donuts took the trophy for me, it was very unexpected in what way I found them tasty, I had to keep eating them lol highly recommend! Visit! Eddie is a blast to talk with too

This was some of the best Thai food I've had, ever! Their Tom Kha is perfect, and every mean I've had there has been delicious. The owners are so very nice and welcoming. If I lived in the area, I'd come back all the time. (Its also a poke stop.) 😀

Best Thai food in town!! Family owned and operated restaurant where you always feel at home and loved. Eddie always gets to know and love his customers and treats them like family. It is one of a kind. A must try because you can't help but make it a regular stop in your routine.

The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy (tasted like it was made traditionally with coconut milk). The red curry sauce was perfection. Very fresh ingredients. The pad Thai was decent. Would have been better if it wasn't drowning in sauce. Will definitely be back for the stellar service and delicious curry sauces! The music was also on point.

Went with 2 girlfriends for our annual combined birthdays and ordered 3 different dishes to share, and let's just say we did not leave anything for a doggie bag! Small, no-frills place, but excellent food! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for delicious Thai! !

Eddie and Roberta are so kind and welcoming Eddie is the wise cracking owner. Small cozy restaurant with authenticity in their flavors and menu. My husband and I went on a date there and came home so satisfied! Great date place great food great owners

The best and freshest Thai food. The pad Thai is unparalleled. The owners make you feel welcome. Spring rolls always fresh and crispy. Nice wine list and excellent thai donuts. Eddie and Roberta are truly owners that care about their business.i forgot to mention the delicious red chili sauce. The best I have had anywhere. Eddie does thing a little different to create a great experience.

Eddie’s Thai has always been our favorite Thai restaurant. I forgot to order extra peanut sauce - and of course they hooked me up when I went back!! What can I say besides the BEST Thai in South Florida and we’re lucky enough to have them in Cooper City. Thank you Eddie’s Thai, staff and owners, for being THE BEST !

Incredibly warm and inviting atmosphere. Eddie, the owner (if you can’t tell by the name of the restaurant), is hanging around helping out and cracking jokes.

But the food. Oh god...the food. The best Thai I’ve had in my life. Hands down. The Eddies Chicken with Sweet Chili sauce was simply delicious.

Forget the other Thai restaurants. It’s worth the drive from West Pembroke Pines and a no brainer if you’re in East Pines.
