The best USPS office experience for the last 10 years across many states. Professional understanding of the nature of my problem, willingness to help, friendly and welcome people.

Shout out to Virginia! Work is never fun for anyone, but when I entered the post office I could instantly tell that Virginia was having a great day. Extremely friendly and she put a smile on each person’s face that she spoke to while I was there, even customers that weren’t being attended by her. On top of this, I made a mistake with my packaging and she was quick to help me out and offered a smarter solution.

Friendly staff. Never that busy when I go. Lot of self entitled customers. Good parking.

I've been in many USPS freedom pembroke pines to Miami and never seen employees getting out of the office to assist customers. Place was full, but the ladies were so nice from helping customers to even looking for materials to send packages. That was an Awww moment. This will become my new USPS store Congratulations!!!

Never thought I’d be reviewing USPS! But this location deserves all the praise. We all know post offices aren’t typically a very pleasant place but I have had great experience at this location and wanted to acknowledge the incredible people who work here. I intentionally drive out of my way to go to this branch as it’s well worth the drive for how pleasant the experience is! So grateful to have found this location!! And a huge thank you to the people here who make the difference - night and day. I see you and I appreciate you!!!

I would never go to any other postal office to drop off a package! I’ve never had an issue and none of my packages have ever been lost! They always have a supply of free boxes to use for shipping but sometimes there’s a pretty long wait. This is my experience with DROPPING OFF PACKAGES (they even have a bin to toss it into instead of waiting in the line)

I come to this office probably 3-4 a week and every time I go I always leave with a smile. The staff is always in a great mode and willing to help. It is my preferred USPS for sure!

I'll give this place 5 stars but only for the manager, Aracelli, who helped me when the staff refused to. She was Kind, Quick and Responsible. If you need something done or a problem solved she is definitely the person you need to go to.

The staff here were world class, excellent customer service. I've never had such an incredibly pleasant USPS experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. :)

Friendly staff and no wait at 10 AM. Clean, great post office.

Visited PO to collect certified mail carrier failed to deliver. Clerk was helpful. Manager found the undelivered mail; said he would speak to carrier. IMO, waste of his time.
Still, gold star experience @ post office.
