Everything was wonderful here, very welcoming and I felt comfy 😃 I spent double just because of the ambiance. #positive vibes here for sure

Coffee and WiFi baby!! Snacks and workspace. Casual and friendly. On South Florida there’s a Dunkin Donuts on every corner thank God!! They have good sandwiches too. Iced coffee specials daily.

Update: Manager came through with making things right. He gave me two free dozen donuts the way we wanted and the service was pleasant. Thanks Robert! Prior review: Manager called me and was highly receptive and said he would speak with his employees. Gave me his cell number to order what I want and said he would ensure I get it next time.” Did not get what I asked for through the drive thru. Drive thru associate was very on edge. I specifically asked for chocolate iced, and no chocolate cake, and I got chocolate cake. All my husband wanted was Bavarian cream and the lady said she only has one, and they didn’t even give it to us.

The drive thru line was long but was moving pretty quickly. I always special order my food and coffee and for the first this is the location that got it perfected. The staff was very pleasant. Definitely a great experience regardless of the morning rush well worth it

Frozen caramel coffe was great as usual at Dunkin. Did not like the sour dough bacon egg and cheese, bread was over toasted nearly burnt.

Visited here from California, staff greeted me with a beautiful smile fixed my sausage bagel to perfection. I was also given a senior discount. Highly recommended. They are very nice. Food was great.

For me, it's hard not to love any dunkin'.
The coffee is always good, and the food is fair for the price/purpose of it. This one here has the drive through making it a breeze to order through the app and just stopping by to get the order.

Love love love the service, energy and customer service at all of the broward county locations during the morning shifts. The iced sweet tea is excellent and addictive.

Per my receipt my cashier this morning was Takenya. Takenya and management were awesome and took fantastic care of my not yet caffeinated forgetful self. Asked about separate bags for donuts and breakfasts sandwiches instead of just using one big bag. Also caught me as I was walking away to ask about ketchup. Overall extremely pleasant and helpful.

Audrey is the best coffee maker in that whole place. I feel right at home,she is very polite and her customer service is excellent. I keep coming back because of Audreys great service. Keep it up Audrey...kudos to you!!!!😃

Good service. Audrey is the best person working here. The new manager Yaya is aggravating. I am a paying customer and he stiill treats me like I am one of the panhandlers outside when I step out to have a cigarette

The customer in the car in front of me paid for my order. I didn't get a chance to thank her but that just shows you that she was a happy customer and she shared her happiness with me. Go to Dunkin Donuts and pass it forward

My order was ready before I even made it off the highway and I was able to pick it up instore even though I selected drive thru (the line was too long)

It's Dunking Donuts, what could possibly be bad. This one gentleman spoke up for me as someone tried to slide in line. So I thanked him and bought him some green thing in a cup. He kept saying not necessary, but it definitely was, gotta keep paying it back !!

Well I think they did a good job,I went threw the drive threw,order dark roast extra cream sugar, the coffee was fresh,the line moved fast,I had a great experience

I just went there at 2 am with my husband. The employee name Angie was so nice and thoughtful with great customer service I told her I’d leave a good review for her hope she reads this and spread love thank you❤🙏
