Debra took care of all of my insurance needs. She is the most thorough, responsive, and informative insurance agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I contacted several agents before choosing her. Being new to South Florida, she educated me quickly about what home insurance looks like down here... wind, homeowners, flood, etc. She helped me work toward additional credits by making some changes to my new home in order to get the deductions. Larry Karavasilis of CIAG in Pompano Beach Florida was the most knowledgeable insurance I have ever used. He was able to find insurance coverage for my new home after 3 other agents told me no carrier would cover me because of prior claims on prior homes. Larry Karavasilis reviewed prior claims my explanation that most claims where duplicate. Larry then called underwriter to obtain a highly rate insurance company to cover my home for affordable premium. Thank you Larry

Larry has been incredibly helpful and informative. He talked me through my first Florida hurricane season and how to best protect my property and myself. I went into this whole process not really understanding any of it, and he did a great job of giving me all the information I needed to make a decision that best fit my needs and my budget. He was patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, he was impressively responsive and always kind.

I was looking to re-do my homeowners insurance policy and asked my friend for recommendation. She recommended CIAG. I called and spoke to the owner Larry, who was very professional, patient and kind. Reason why I say 'patient' is because I do ask a lot of questions when it comes to insuring my possessions. After talking to Larry, I realized that my old agency never informed me or educated me about certain things on my policy, such as 'other structures'. Apparently, I was way under-insured. I had an incident in which my pool pump broke down and since my husband I are travel overseas 2-3 months a year, we had no idea our pool pump stopped working and the water turned green. Larry recommended Universal Property and Casualty which covers equipment breakdown, which is perfect for someone like us. We also saved money on the policy and cannot be happier with this agency. I highly recommend them!
