The service here is great ! I was having a realllly realllly bad day ! I ordered Starbucks while at work and when I got it I noticed the writing on the cup and bags. What first stood out to me was the neatness of the handwriting and the way it was drawn. I draw, and write a lot because I love art so on average I knew how much time was put into it. What also stood out to me were the words .. “Have a great week” & “Today will be a good day “ . I literally bursted into tears. I needed that message . I ended up leaving work early and on the way home I called the Starbucks and asked who prepared my order and the person said “It was me , Kylie” . I told Kylie that I was having a terrible day, but the way she drew my name and the message she put on my items made my day better! She was very nice and I will always order from this Starbucks. I literally order every day lol . Customer service really means a lot to me so when I see people that go above and beyond it really touches me in a different way! Thank you Kylie 💕 for putting your heart in what you do everyday ! I noticed , so imagine how many other people did too that just didn’t call back :)

The baristas here are super friendly and they always put effort to get to know you and have your favorite drink ready in minds whenever you come and visit. I loved them. They’ve become my family. Thanks guys.

Nice atmosphere and great service. Also, there was good music being played. The store is very spacious so it's great for a coffee break and conversation with friends.

Nisha was super cool and nice. As well as the rest of the employees. Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

The girl at the window, Julia is probably the best worker they have there. Her customer service skills are super on point and she is the most pleasant person I ever encountered, specially when the barista didn’t properly make my drink right. Thank you so much Julia!

These guys here are amazingly courteous & professional. Place is always spotless, food is always fresh! Almost lost my car keys tonight and Tanner & the crew not only served an excellent cup.of Joe..were extremely kind in assisting me to retrieve them. This location serves happiness. These guys make a consistently good brew..it's a very active corner these days with Covid yet they are the ONLY location East of 95 within 15-20 miles OPEN late! They have been here are here for us essential night workers all these months .
And they always are polite & professional about it. I have come here for years when in this area and gone out of my way lately for always an honest good cup of cheer...thank you guys so much for no judgement and serving good coffee as fairly as you can consistently. You guys are the best. It was good to go in store here before..looking forward to it again someday soon.

Excellent they'll make your frappuccino any way you want added espresso caramel crunch topping they usually are out of something regularly but it's okay if you don't have whipped cream on your frappuccino the drive-thru is always packed but everything is always good at Starbucks

I had such a horrible day dealing with horrible people! I dont know how but this starbucks doesn’t hire people unless they have exceptional personality! Anastashia was the person who was working that day in drive trough and with just few minutes of talking to her and getting my favorite coffee my day was turned around! Thank you!

James is one of the best customer service employees I have ever seen. He always took personal care to know my family and make us feel welcome. If we had not moved to California we would have stole him away to work for us and our customers. Hey @starbucks give this guy a raise!

This location has a drive through which is great for after I get my little guy from school. I have only been a few times but the staff was really friendly. We will be back for more caffeine!

I am a local resident and must say besides the small parking lot this Starbucks gets an A+. I work in Retail and customer service is essential. The employees at this location are always on their game and provide a great experience. Stephanie and the ladies at the drive thru make their fast paced position seem like a breeze. Thank you everyone for being so kind and brightening my day.
