Friendliest staff. Went above and beyond for me and my specific needs. I appreciate this establishment for being so professional. Also the California Veggie Wrap is to die for! So healthy and so good.

My New Year's resolution is to eat healthy and get in shape. I bought myself a home gym and I found this awesome place where the food is amazing.
Here is a copy of their menu which is huge. The pictures shown are what I had for breakfast which they serve all day on Saturday. Another thing I tried which is not pictured here because I ate it 😂, is their impossible burger. It literally tastes like meat. Being a protein-minded carnivore, you can trust me on that one 👍.

I'm adding to my previous post about the food at Gourmet Garden. The pictures added are obviously of their Tuna Quinoa. The ingredients are posted on it, so is the fresh by date which I consider very important. These are the variations that I have been able to make. Everything from sandwiches to individual scoops with jalapeno or sour cream.

My first time here and I CANNOT wait to go back.

I have celiac disease and was excited to see gluten free pancakes on the menu. They were outstanding and very filling. I also had the Juicy Lemonade which was also delicious and the perfect temperature.

There are many other gluten free choices.

Live this healthy place for breakfast or lunch or if you need a boost after a workout. We had the chicken rice wrap and the fish tacos. Tried the carrot juicer and one of the power juicers think it was terminator. They have some great clean eating options to choose from. Very clean and easily located on Federal highway. Check them out.

Nice little spot with a very healthy menu. Tried one of their juices and it was delicious: orange pineapple mango and cucumber with a hint of mint. Lots of outdoor seating with plenty of spacing between tables.

Was not intrigued by this place from the outside at all but I didn’t want to go to the same tried and true places I’ve frequented before. I think it needs some unique definition from the rest of the boring 90’s strip mall outside. Painting the outdoor floor would be cool. Some rustic light fixtures would add a lot of curb appeal. The fake ikea plants inside pretty much say no one that owns the establishment cares enough to spend time there and water a real plant from time to time. It cheapens any concept. I was surprised to find out they have full sit-down service. The menu looked amazing and offered a huge variety of dishes. My friend knew it was a good sign they carried Celsius drinks and I ordered a hot latte and was given an iced latte in the happiest accident ever to occur cause I hadn’t taken into consideration how hot it was outside. We opted to share the impossible quesadilla and added peppers and onions and the pancakes which both were incredible. The quesadilla is probably the best in town and has such and incredible ever evolving flavor profile! (I still dream about that quesadilla) And that’s saying a lot in the land of fried food, chicken on a stick and “slap it on” Tex-Mex!!! The server was effortlessly helpful and pleasant checking in with us several times. We will go back as soon as one of our friends suggests meeting up for lunch. Jay our waiter and Christian the owner welcomed us for the first time to this juice bar/cafe. I’m always amazed at how some places double as a juice bar(which they are) and cafe and get it wrong. What is it juice bar/cafe pleasantly it’s both and it was exceptional. Quality ingredients, simple menu and plenty of knowledge, for this recently new Vegan due to my health I’m a vegan. This cafe for me here in south Florida was stop one, an open and airy place, for the many gym bunnies they provided high octane juice for. But we were spoiled in the large dining room with my first ever tofu wrap and my carnivorous better half really enjoyed, gasp eggs and sausage along with a fresh fruit bowl.
I’m coming back for the high quality and two meal portions and Christian is a fit vegetarian, power-house-healthy and Italian Gentleman.

I came here for lunch and got the falafel wrap and added quinoa. There’s a lot to choose from and they cover all the bases, gluten free, nut free, vegan or vegetarian; they’ve got it all and clearly labeled in the menu.

I eat a plant based diet and had no trouble picking out food here. The staff were very helpful, the place looked immaculate and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a 5 Star joint in my book.

The food was fresh it was delicious we order the filet mignon chopped salad which was the lunch special. It was amazing I will definitely be coming back for more.
*** Be sure and let them know you are eating in the restaurant because we sat and thought we'd be served and the food never came because they packed it up for a to go order. When we're got it. It was great.

I loveee this place!!! They have such a good selection of healthy, vegan and gluten free foods. I have gotten tacos, wraps and the fit platter. I have also gotten the peanut butter açaí bowl and it was amazing. Everything is always freshly made and delicious. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I don’t even live near by but I go out of my way, since I love this place so much!

The options are plentiful and clean. The juice bar is fresh and delicious, using fresh fruits and vegetables. No sugar-added ingredients, and sugar substitutes are agave and honey. The breakfast burrito is my favorite item which is served to 11a sharp, except Saturdays are all day. The Portobello burger is another favorite lunch item and the Mahi tacos are amazing. Everything is negotiable to be a gluten-free choice, and many vegan options. No junk vegan the options are all clean and healthy. The service is always friendly, and quick, and the servers are knowledgeable. I love the option to sit outside or inside as well.

Great healthy options for lunch or a snack. Juices or smoothies are a must. Don’t sleep on the hummus either. Opa !

This is a very beautiful place it's a nice and clean Cafe the staff is very friendly and welcoming they have a huge Variety in juices I will recommend this place to anybody that wants to have a healthy treat in the Fort Lauderdale area... they are conveniently located on Federal Highway and Cypress Creek

We were working at home and decided to order for delivery from this place since my friend loved it.

I totally understand her because this food was so tasty.

I got to try the hummus and it was beyond amazing soul fresh and earthy I loved it.

I also order for my main entry the mushroom burger as a suggested by my friend and she was right, it was so delicious the flavors, the colors, the texture, I felt so good eating something tasty and healthy.

Price was perfect for the quality and quantity of this food. When I visit my friend again I’m definitely gonna order other another plate of their amazing menu.

This place is amazing, the food a juices are fresh. Flavoring is delicious! I definitely recommend this place to any and every person who likes to eat vegan or healthy! 🙃
