I have known John and Johanne for over 8 years now. First met him randomly through a real estate posting back in 2015 when I was looking to buy my first house. He understood exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to find it for me. I happily lived in my first house for 6 years when I began to outgrow it. I reached out to John and even though we hadn't spoke much in years, it was like talking to a best friend. He always finds time to talk to you and understand what you are looking for and truly cares about what you want. He is not simply trying to make a deal. He was very patience, yet would not give up looking for the perfect house for me. He even personally reached out to other agents to get a feel of upcoming postings and sales to have an upper edge! This indeed worked, as I was able to find the perfect house and make an offer prior to any other competition.

Which resulted in extremely high views and saves on Zillow. This traction, turned into large amounts of showings. He made himself available even to show the house on holidays, and follow up with prospective buyers. Even with an increasing "buyers" favorable real estate market, he was able to get a cash offer within my range of expectations and closed quickly!

I highly recommend him, even if you are just exploring the market. He is super easy to talk to, nice guy and makes you feel like you are his only client! Now I probably won't be using him anytime soon, since he found me my perfect home. But I will certainly keep in touch and recommend to family and friends.
