I’ve been trying since February to get my orthotics covered but because no pre authorization was sent in I had to end up paying out of pocket $400.i was on the phone with the office and insurance to work it out but after 3 months Dr Liliana Heath called me to tell that I cannot keep using her resources to help solve this .. as a patient I thought that was their job to help out but I thought wrong. I thought that was really uncalled for since her office did not connect with the insurance and coordinate the authorization. Dr David Heath is very nice to deal with though.

Terrible service ! I had an appointment and rescheduled they didn’t advise me at the time of rescheduling that my insurance wasn’t accepted with the provider for the day they scheduled me for. I commuted all the way to the office and waited 35 minutes in the lobby for them to turn around and tell me I can’t be seen. Do not recommend! Go elsewhere. Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible ! Go anywhere else but here. I then asked to speak to the office manager and the girl at the front told me she WAS the manager and the only one there I could speak to. UNPROFESSIONAL!

my grandma loves the office, but the Catalina lady is VERY RUDE. I was not able to understand her because of her heavy accent and asked her to repeat herself and she just snapped at me.
