Constitutional Tax Collector, Serving Palm Beach County

This new building opened in February 2024 and is beautiful. I needed to get my business county license. They were pretty fast since I had an appointment. Also, this is where you go for driver’s licenses, car tags, and fishing licenses.

Visited the office yesterday didn’t have all my documents In order but Mia was a great help, she assisted me with everything I needed to get. Advise me to come back today once everything was completed. I must say she was definitely a great help friendly and customer service was amazing. I was in and out, with the help of that amazing staff thank you.

Purchased car and how to go through the DREADED experience of Title Transfer and new Registration. Turned out to be an easy, humorous, quick process that was awesome. We made appointment. Were seen within ten minutes of scheduled time and greeted by Maria H. She was helpful, quick and so courteous that I wondered if we were in the wrong place!
It is awesome to see progress and enhanced services…especially in governmental offices. Dothan a favor…if your experience was good then post a review. They seldom get the acknowledgment they so richly deserve.

My experience was most pleasant I was helped by a young lady named Kaila. She was most helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She's restored my faith in custody service 💥💥💥💥💥

I worked with Patrick today and he was very professional, swift, and informative. He helped me through the process of filling out a bill of sale and doing all the paper work I would more than likely struggle with. Haha. I appreciate him a lot and the DMV is nice and clean and quick. My appointment was at 845 and I was attended by 8:30. Patrick is the best! Also his motivational papers on the wall are a great read.

I just come in here to get my driver license and Kelly help me a lot with all the processes she was all kind professional and respectful women, I give her all five stars.

The "security guys" are VERY RUDE and don't have a clue as to what's going on in the building!! The standard disrespectful answer to my questions were more questions, not answers. The Clerks on the other hand were very helpful, once I was allowed to speak to them. It's pretty sad that walk-ins aren't allowed. There should be an area for walk-ins to wait and as it gets slow, allowed to be seen on a first come first served basis. IMO

After speaking with 2 Tax office individuals about dealing with property of my father who passed I was told I would need to come in- I fly in and greeted by the most rude individual at the check out window in Palm beach Gardens office. Needless to say I left without getting past her and had nothing resolved as she said make an appt.

Rude staff, total dysfunction. Nothing on the website says anything about "Appointments Required". I was there 15 minutes before they opened and was in a short line of about 15 people. Eventually staff members came outside and started turning away some of the people who didn't have appointments. Some they allowed to stay. I was told to come back with an appointment, even after I told them the website doesn't have any appointments available for weeks. Their excuse for sending everyone away was that "4 people called in sick today". It was shockingly unprofessional and the staff were extremely rude. FYI

Absolute joke dealing with this new reservation nonsense. Making someone wait two weeks to register a vehicle is unconstitutional. They should pay all of the tickets you incur.

Today I went up to pay a suspended license without an appt as I was told to do over the phone last week after waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone. When I arrived the line was split by people who had appointments and people who didn’t. I switched to the line that didn’t have one cause I was told to come up and pay. I waited for a lady to help with my question she said I can pay online her name was Ms. Terry very nice lady. I went to the side to try and pay. Wasn’t working I came back to the line Ms. Terry was gone. So I went to window 1 where I met Ms. Toons who was so ill mannered . Before understanding my question she brushed me off because I did not have an appointment. I understood appointments were mandatory that’s why I wanted to understand the payment online so I can save some trouble. I watched the lady in window 2 help another person with a suspended license. She seemed very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Wish I received her to help instead. Ms. Toons. Ms. Toons should NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SHE CANT HELP WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I’m just as frustrated to be there too. Can’t wait to speak to a supervisor
