Stopped in while passing through on my way to Orlando. Battery indicator light came on for the first time ever in my mercedes. An Associate named Angel helped us. He tested the battery and the alternator. He was very friendly and thorough. He gave us the good news that the battery was simply low, but otherwise everything was fine. He instructed me to charge the battery once I got home. He could have easily taken advantage and sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Great customer service by Angel! Highly recommend. 💯😇

I like going in here !!! They are Always Very Helpful & take care of me right away. Also they will put things in the car for me & have put washer fluid in my car too !!! I am disabled & find it hard to do things
like that & they will help with other things also ,,, Very kind & Great

Out of all the advance auto part (or any auto parts stores ) I've been too, this location had the BEST customer service i have ever encountered. I didn't have to ask for help. The sales associate asked me if I needed help. Its a rarity these days. Super friendly staff. Very convenient location. They made a lifetime customer out of me!

I just wanted to look around and see if I saw anything for my truck. The associates just left me alone to do my thing. But when I had a question they were right there with the answer.

While cleaning my room today, I discovered an unused merchandise credit in the amount of $169 plus change. Since my husband was looking for a battery for his old truck, we used the credit online to be picked up at our local Advanced Auto parts store. I love technology. I've had that merchandise credit for a few years, at least two years. God knows exactly the right time of our needs.

Received excellent customer service. Matt answered all my questions and resolved an issue I had with my online order. He figured out and resolved the issue to ensure that I had the parts I needed. Because of the great customer service I received there, I would recommend.

People are nice. I never have issues coming in for our orders unless it’s a late truck. (Which will happen no matter where you go) Very down to earth people.
The website needs some serious work, seeing as a quarter of what is on the site, isn’t in the store. But, after my husband had a fiasco with one of his orders and came rampaging into the store to close the account, one of the managers handled the situation spectacularly and was able to get my, overly stubborn, husband to agree to leave the account open. Thanks guys!

Awesome customer service! I delt with Matt. I went in for simple lawn and garden battery and I brought core in with it. Bought it online so it always is a little different with doing that, he is a great employee of advanced! Great job matt!

We had left Centre Hall, PA heading home from the TLC Equine Classic shoot. Just outside of Ocala, FL Our alternator went out. With the help of our son-n-law, we limpednoir truck and horse trailer to Advanced. When they opened at 7:30, we got a new alternator and was able to borrow the tools to put the new part on. Thank you Advance Auto for aiding in getting us and our horses home!!
