Erin helped us purchase our current home when we moved to Orlando from out of state. I met Erin through another good friend of mine many years ago in the Baldwin Park area. She kept in close contact with me ever since. I owned a house in Baldwin Park, which was initially bought for myself to live in and as an investment at the same time. When the markets were on the rise, I decided to sell and rent for a while. Erin took her time to meet with me to go over the selling process, pricing my home, and the selling strategy. We both had a mutual agreement on how to best sell my house for the best price, the least amount of hassle, and time. The house went pending sale in less than a week. Of course it was an easy start, but with some complications during the transaction due to permit issues, which were totally unexpected. She was actively working on finding solutions, and even made a few trips to the Orange County permit office trying to help out the process. The sale successfully went through and I was very impressed with her ability to put everything together and deliver the best results.

After Erin sold my house 2 years ago, I approached her to help me purchase a primary home in Winter Park. She immediately got me in contact with lenders to get my pre-approval in place. She explained the market conditions and took notes on how to best find me the right home. The market was very fast, and she was able to monitor all the new listings that are on the market, so that we could go through them and book showings immediately. After a few rounds of negotiations, we came to terms. I was very happy with the result of the contract price. The transaction went very smoothly and the lender from Wells Fargo was absolutely professional. We closed my new home within 30 days. I took my time to renovate the place, and am very happy with it. Erin once again did another awesome job for me. No doubt I will recommend her to everyone I know.

After we wasted almost a year with a part time agent who tried to find our family the dream home, we were approached by Erin. Not only she was very patient with us, but she also made lots of her time available to us. Finally, after a couple of rounds of negotiations, we owned our dream home at a great price. The loan process was very smooth, and of course Erin was on top of all the details. She held our hands for the entire process until we moved in.
