The pharmacist we have worked with here is a wonderful person! Twice now we have been so impressed with him going above and beyond that I am now filling my prescriptions here. First of all, I love that they are open until 10! The CVSs in the area close a lot earlier.

First experience: we were trying to get a strep antibiotic for my daughter after a late night urgent care appointment. We brought a paper copy to this Walgreens because they were still open, but because the Rx had been sent to our CVS first and filled, insurance would not cover it again. CVS was closed so we couldn’t cancel the order there. So the pharmacist (I wish I knew his name) told us we could get the Rx tonight at full price and come back to have the extra cost refunded within 7 days after we cancelled the order with our insurance at CVS. Worked like a charm. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to help us out with that when he really didn’t have to take the time to explain it to us.

Second experience: I had a Rx from the Minute Clinic at the CVS (across the street) that kept getting messed up. First the medicine was out of stock, so the doctor sent a different Rx that was ALSO out of stock and after 2 days of their drive thru being closed, not getting help over the phone, and no progress on the prescription, I called Walgreens and the pharmacist told me he would transfer it to Walgreens and have it ready for me that day. When I went to pick it up, he said he had actually DRIVEN across the street to CVS to get it because they weren’t answering their phones. I was AMAZED that he would go to such lengths for a random customer he didn’t know.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews I’m reading because my interactions here have been so overly positive!

I rarely write reviews but it's important to recognize amazing service when you experience it. I needed a lot of help and information because of hair problems. Jackie the beauty consultant took extremely good care of me. Very insightful and knowledgeable despite having different hair textures. She was able to explain how to use everty product i had questions about and helped me come up with my final decision.

Recently visited for a photo purchase and had a great experience with Carolyn! She made it so easy to find what products I was looking for and had them ready in no time. I’ve also been here for a Covid-19 vaccine appt and they were right on time and pleasant to deal with. I do appreciate this location and can understand why there are a lot of negative reviews. But it’s Walgreens…they have what you need, you get it, and you’re done. Thank you for a great experience every time!

They have the only Blink EV charger in East Orlando. This means I run in to spend money every time I charge my car. It is open 24 hours, you don't have to worry about charger shutting down when store closes.

The parking lot is clean and safe. The store is clean. Great place to get Halloween candy, first aid supplies, snacks. My son uses this Pharmacy, he has his doctor call in perscription and he picks them up. No problems.

On a personal note, hurricane Irma just blew thru, thank goodness for this walmart charging station. I can get a few hours of ac and free wifi here too.

Hollie at the pharmacy is an angel and called over to CVS to get my prescription after my doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy 4 times. She was so nice at pick up too!! Very thankful for her. She didn’t have to call the competitor to get that sorted out for me and I really appreciate the time she took because I know the start of the year is crazy with people changing insurances and pharmacies changing who they are contracted with. Give that woman a raise!!

I've deleted my previous review, because I think some of the issues this Walgreens was having were due entirely to various changes happening on the corporate level. As someone who has lived in Waterford Lakes for more than 10 years, I can say by-and-large this staff has been wonderful and professional. Since the virus, these guys have simply gone above and beyond to serve their customers.

I went to this Walgreen location to pick up a prescription. Once I was there I started to feel very sick, cold and chilly. Pharmacist Carley took care of me, bringing a blanket to warm me off. Her and the staff did a wonderful job, very human and genuine.
God bless them.

Always fast and efficient. We tried the other pharmacies nearby (CVS, Walmart) and found them to be slow and sometimes out of product. This Walgreens is almost always in stock and dependable.

Very nice manager working last night sorry I didn't get her name but it was right before they closed she was super helpful. Shopping experience was clean and pleasant

I placed a same day delivery order at 1:55pm. It arrived at 2:13pm!! Very fast and accurate, too.

I have always had a pleasant experience at the Walgreen's location and love that they are 24/7! The night crew is always very friendly and very personable.

Lou at the photo department in 8000 Lake Underhill, Orlando FL was very helpful. She helped me with processing my photos on your machine. She also guide me in installing your webside on my phone. She is an outstanding employee.

Clean store, friendly service.

I stop here to to three times. Stacy always is very happy to help me and goes above and beyond I would recommend a store to anybody. Thank you for the great customer service
