My experience was outstanding. I was in the building and decided to see the office. I just walked in. The staff was friendly, and asked a few questions. The retired Army First Sargeant, Top, said it appeared that I would qualify for VA disability. He commenced filling out paperwork. He said everything could be done on the computer. We made an appointment. We communicated via computer, within 2 weeks everything was complete and sent for review. My entire process was only 3 months. My medical evaluation was completed prior to my established appointment. The staff is professional, efficient, and most importantly, care about veterans that served their country. Thank you Jake.

I have been dealing with Helen Simpson. She is absolutely wonderful. Very informative and helpful. The whole staff has been a great team to work with on behalf of my husband and myself. There are no better people then these.

I love the new office space and location. My Service Officer is always friendly and very knowledgeable. She always answers my phone calls or emails usually the same day or the next day if I call or email late in the day. She always knows what is going on in my case and she always makes me feel like I am her only client. I am so glad she does what she does and I know how hard it can be to deal with the VA. She is more than an asset to the service.

I absolutely LOVE this office & the team. My counselor is Jeffrey Norwood and he is nothing short of amazing. He is always available when I need anything and he responds in a timely fashion. He assisted with putting my claim in and made sure I had everything I needed to make the process easy and pain free. Thanks Jeff!!!

I stopped by the office to understand what benefits I would be eligible for. I found the office to be extremely helpful and willing to spend the time to explain the services available and what the process was. In particular, Jeff Norwood went the extra mile to help me apply and then followed up to answer any questions I had. Excellent communications and customer service. I felt appreciated for my service and I appreciated the time spent with me to explain the process. Great job

I have been using this office from 1997 with my VA claim. I have found Jeff Norwood to be very knowledgeable and professional. I have a very long case file that would require many appointments with Jeff. On each appointment he always made me feel like I mattered, unlike the staff at the Tampa VA Regional Office. have had more issues with the DRO (decision review officers) treating me more like a cow heading to slaughter. I have also sent many family and friends to this office who have all received knowledgeable and professional support. When I arrived for my meeting , Penny at the front desk always had a smile, and treat me with passion and care. I hope they keep up the great work because our local VET's deserve the best care.

First let me apologize for not writing this sooner! I have to say without a doubt that this office and its staff is AMAZING!! I didn't think with the time I've been out of service and the issues I have been dealing with, I would have received the results I have gotten. Ms. Brindell Serrano has been my VSO and let me say she is dedicated to getting everything you deserve even when you've been denied and in my case 2 times, before I received an 100 (140) percent disability rating!!! Even when I thought to not go forward after being denied twice Ms. Serrano had knowledge and professionalism (Experience) to help CHANGE MY FAMILY and MY LIFE! She had the determination to do what she would want done for her self, and I know ANY veteran whom has and still is serving this Great Nation! My issues are total and permanent. Even as of the writing of this review she is helping me with addition claims. Which are serious in nature. I feel confident and very grateful for Her help and advice, even now. I can't Thank Her enough, and yes I do get emotional, because there are things we Veterans are dealing with and its GOOD to know someone is advocating for you, to keep going and yes have some kind of life. I RECOMMEND this Office and YES My VSO Ms.Brindell Serrano, to ANYONE needing help with your claim(s)!!

Brindell Serrano Was the nicest VSO I have ever met. She was very attentive to my friend. Her Supervisor should be very proud of her. She has help so many vets here in my office.

I had the privilge of being assisted by Mark Fowler. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. His hard work payed dividends for me, and my wife. He is a credit to the Veterans Services.
