The details, professionalism and caring by the Staff at IJ Morris at Star Of David was beyond reproach. Gina was on top of everything and made the ceremonies and reception perfect. Thank you for all your help during this sad time. It helped make it bearable for me and my family.

From beginning to end of the funeral arrangement process for our father, everyone at IJ Morris Star of David in Palm Beach Gardens was professional, helpful, kind, and compassionate. Our father's body was treated with the utmost respect, as was our entire family. We very much appreciate the care and service we received.

Gina Mallozzi was an incredible help to me as I made arrangements for my mom’s funeral. She was quick, efficient and kind. Daniel was wonderful as well. They made a very sad time, much easier. Thank you both.

We sadly lost our 94.5 year old Mom on January 22, 2024. On the 23rd we visited the IJ Morris Star of David Cemetery to make Mom's arrangements. When we entered the office we were met by some office folks that immediately mentioned that they were sorry for our loss. We had spoken with the office the day before and had a 10 am appointment with a Funeral Director.

My sister and I were ushered into a conference room where we met Gina Mallozzi - Funeral Director and a few minutes later Daniel Ferrugio - Site Manager. My first impression was what were these 2 young kids doing and working in this business and I even commented to them both how young they appeared and that I was expecting a couple of old Jewish guys to be working with us.

After a few laughs about my comments we moved on to the business at hand. One of the greatest favors that parents can do for their kids is to have already arranged a prepaid/pre-need package of exactly what they wanted once they passed away.

Gina and Daniel were amazingly compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer all questions and to quickly suggest all and everything else that needed our attention.

They both made having to deal with this monumental loss truly less painful and we were in and out in no time.

On the day of the service and burial Gina and her assistant Adelle carefully supervised all the goings on from the chapel, the moving of the coffin out to the site, and the lowering and the final happenings.

Gina also had suggested a wonderful Rabbi that we were very pleased with and did a great job.

My sister and I were very happy with the chain of events and many of our guests also commented on how smoothly everything transpired. Most importantly I'm convinced my beloved Mother would have been very pleased as well.

Just amazing staff. Cory Green and his boss, Greg Miranta, were unbelievably helpful in picking out best prepaid plans for my wife and myself and, also, helped transfer our deeds from Lakeside in Miami to them. Lakeside was no help but Jon Weis, the General Manager, made it happen. Lonna and I could not be more appreciative for all their efforts to make us happy to not be a burden on our children.

I recently went into the cemetery office and met with Terry and my father to discuss prepaying for his funeral. While this is never an easy process to discuss the transparency and compassion from Terry was excellent.

Adam and Kristine (Blount & Curry) were amazing in helping the family work through the planning details and providing the necessary information. They and the other staff members were supportive and showed great care to ensure my brother's Celebration of Life service was a positive experience. The Life Story Displays, the venue, and the catering were beautifully organized and arranged!

We received compassionate and top quality services. They took care of every little detail. My office provides guardianship services, and we are happy to use them over and over. They are very professional and guide us on every step of the way. We always recommend them to the families that we work with.

Staff were kind, respectful, and flexible. They mad a difficult and sad day less stressful. It helped that my mother had pre-arranged and paid for most things in advance. I will do this so my family will have less of a burden, when I go.

Nobody's in very good shape when they have to make funeral arrangements. The people at I J Morris and the people with Star of David are the most helpful, compassionate and intelligent that I have ever run across when having to make such arrangements. From the initial call through the completion of the ceremony everything was exactly as represented . It assured a truly beautiful service for my late wife and a much more bearable experience for me.

From my initial phone conversation with Gail prior to my Dad’s passing, to meeting Gail, Gina and Terry the day he passed, our experience with IJ Morris at Star of David was exceptional making a very difficult time so much easier.

I arranged for funeral services for my wife of 66 years with whom I could not have had a better life Prior to her passing we decided we wanted to have a religious final arrangement. We chose IJ Morris at Star of David Cemetery of the Palm Beaches. In making the arrangements I received excellent service and advice when I needed it. The personnel i dealt with were knowledgable, helpful and understanding of my situation. The funeral home supplied the Rabbi for me and he did an outstanding and personable service. Everything went as well as I could have expected especially under trying times. I have only praise for all the people that participated in my wife's funeral.

Star of David treated me like royalty during this most difficult time. I missed deadlines, contract signatures and such. They could not have been more kind and helpful. I felt a warmth and comfort knowing that Jonathan would guide me through this very difficult time. I could not be happier with their services.

We had a very positive experience with Dignity chapels . They were very sensitive to our needs while being professional and extremely thorough. We are proud in doing our pre planning, showing our family our care and love for them , while we are here and when we are no longer physically here.

In a time of great sadness. IJ Morris was wonderful. My mom had prepaid for the funeral. When she passed away all I had to do was make one phone call and everything was taken care of. From getting her at the rehab place where she passed away to getting her from Florida to New York for the funeral. As the expression goes, this was Priceless.

I would like to take the time to boast about Jolene , she worked tirelessly and diligently to take care of our family in a time of need . Her warmth and sympathy were definitely a welcome change in a time where things were so dark for us , she was a bright spot . She was timely and meticulous about her approach and attention to detail in the handling of my mothers affairs . In a time where so many people in our situation have difficulty with dealing with a loved ones final wishes , she gave us the effortless ability to grieve the passing of such a wonderful person, we are eternally grateful for that .
