I live in NY and I needed to sell my moms house. I was all over the internet researching realtors and Jeff stood out with all of his positive reviews. Jeff responded to my email immediately. The next day Jeff sent me a Market report along with this great aerial shot of the house. After meeting Jeff, I decided he would work out for us and I was right! Jeff had a marketing plan in place and my house, the first day of viewing, had a line out the door literally (Thursday) and that night, offers. Bidding war started the next day. I was in contract in less than a week. Jeff is professional, trustworthy and HONEST. I headed back to NY and he was there to help finalize my move. I can't say enough about Jeff. He truly helped me when I needed it. My house was sold within a month and I got a lot more than what I thought. All I can say is - Jeff's your guy!!!!

Where do I begin? Jeff was referred to me by a friend, who as a buyer, was introduced to Jeff when she bought her house. Her agent severely let her down and Jeff, as sellers agent, picked up his slack and assisted her. Don’t get me started!
So Jeff worked tirelessly to find me a home. Within a week we found one. It was just what and where I needed in the Gardens. Jeff was the consummate communicator. Jeff was liaising between HOA, sellers agent, mortgage company and even contractors to help me renovate after move in! Jeff was with me at closing to represent me as well. He’s checked up on my progress multiple times since I’ve moved in two days ago as well! Give Jeff the opportunity to assist you, you won’t be sorry. I can’t recommend him enough!

He would send me new listings each day, followed up with a text or email asking if I wanted to see any of properties. I work strange hours, so Jeff was Excellent is setting up appointments on a short notice. He would negotiate with the other Realtor and always had my best interest first.

Jeff set up a Morgage Broker and also set up all the inspections we needed. He is an all inclusive realtor. We were very satisfied and would recommend Jeff to everyone that will need a Realtor.

I found Jeff through one of the internet search engines, usually the least expected way someone will go when is about selling a house. But after dealing with him I think I will try the same avenue with pretty much with everything... Jeff has been amazing from beginning to end: there is no way I can describe how professional, helpful, ready to listen, courteous, funny, knowledgeable he was (and the list can go on and on). What other realtor you know will come to your house at 9 pm to try and help? Better off, who will take your call at 9 pm? I wish more people would be like Jeff: world will definitely become a better place. I strongly recommend him to anyone: you will get a friend, not a cold, impersonal , money-driven individual.
