We recently purchased a 4 seat 2019 refurbished cart in our favorite colors and amenities. Our salesman, and now a new friend, Bill Bolin was fabulous. He had the patience of a Saint during the process and was incredibly knowledgeable. We've taken our older cart in for service and have been quite impressed with the service department. I finally talked my husband into renting the golf car by insisting on power walking everywhere 🤣 He held out for 6 days and broke on the 7th! Will power of a goat 🤣 We dealt with Rick at pick up and Dave at drop off. From start to finish, it was easy quick and the friendliest service possible. We ended up getting back too late for drop off that day and when we called, there were no issues what so ever. Answered all our questions and at no point did we feel like a bother or rushed. Also, big points for telling my husband and the wonderful things about the area as I'm trying to move there NOW! Give more stars if I could! Thanks again for a great experience, start to finish! Really is the ONLY way to soak in the beauty of The Villages!

Super easy to rent a cart. Gas or electric. 2,4 or 6 seaters. Pleasurable experience and great price.

We bought a golf cart here. I am not sure it is any better than any other dealer in the area but the salesman was helpful and they had the style and type of cart we wanted. We did have to order since we asked for some specific options but the sales process was painless outside of the sticker price.

Don't expect to find a deal on a new golf cart here since they move them about as fast as they hit the showroom but these are the times we are living in (late 2022).

Well treated and they delivered what they promised. Very helpful salesman.

They have Customer Service down to a science. Reached out on line and received a call back for my repair within 6 hours. Dropped the cart the next day. Was given a free loaner, and the repairs were made the same day! You must purchase your cart from their system to be able to have them service your vehicle. For us it has been worth it!

Great people to work with at the Magnolia location! The golf car purchased was located in Spanish Springs, even though I was making my purchase at Magnolia, the salesman in Spanish Springs was very helpful. My Magnolia salesperson, Mike Kramer was very thorough, he explained every detail of the golf car and answered all my questions. I needed to have an accessory installed afterwards, the service department was very professional and did a great job! Definitely the place you want to deal with! K Paulson

Shelley was absolutely amazing! She spent a lot of time explaining our options and helping us decide. We went to a few places today, and have decided to buy here! The customer service is phenomenal.
Update: we bought from here. The cart is still in production. We are very excited.

We will only shop at the Villages Golf Cart-Sumter! Just purchased our second cart from them, and the service is exceptional! They always take good care of us and make sure that we are satisfied. The service manager Joanne, is extraordinary. She goes above and beyond in order to make things right. We will never shop anywhere else!

I have never seen so many cars

I never rose in a golf cart let alone drive one but I had the privilege to drive one from here and it was so much fun. 😍

Very happy with our salesman Josh. We had an issue with our mirror after we were out of warranty and he took care of it on the spot at no charge. He saved us from a costly repair. That’s good service!
