We were put in touch with Chelsea by our relocation company. She was the highest rated real estate agent they had on file for the area. Ratings are based on the experiences of others who have also used the same relocation company. Chelsea made it perfectly clear why she is at the top of that list. We worked with a lot of people during our relocation and Chelsea was the best to work with by far. In fact, she was the one to help and offer advice when our relocation company was difficult to work with. She is a clear communicator, has a quick turnaround time for document delivery, and gave great advice when submitting our offer. Chelsea was also great to point out things in pre-owned homes that would need repaired or replaced quickly and that might be costly for us. We ended up purchasing a newly constructed home. The original home listing that we saw had blinds included as a part of a promotion the builder was doing. That offer ended before our offer was accepted, but Chelsea went above and beyond and fought to have our builder include the blinds in our new home. Imagine our surprise and excitement when she called to report they would be included. We've used two other realtors in the past. One to purchase our first home and another to sell it. Out of the 3 agents we've used, I can honestly say that Chelsea was the best. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone in the Utah area.

Can I rate it at six stars? I never knew an agent could be so helpful, helping me deal with all sorts of issues from finding out about City regulations and ordnances to dealing with possible issues with property boundary issues. Chelsea helped me deal with all these many issues while I was still over a 1400 miles away leaving me very confident and comfortable in our purchase. She worked with us for over two years to help us find the RIGHT home, not just some place! Her primary interest always was what was best for us and what we wanted, not just what she could sell to make money. A number of times she asked questions seeking to make certain that we would be happy once the deal was completed. IF she had done HALF of what she did, my expectations would have been met- as it is, I am blown away with all she has helped us do. Chelsea was highly recommended to us by another previous client. Recommend? ABSOLUTELY!!!!
