Acceptance Insurance

Acceptance is a 1 stop shop for all of your insurance needs. They offer many different types of insurance not just auto and homeowners. I was excited to know they offer commercial insurance as well. They will shop rates for you and give great recommendations. I worked with Tim, the agent there. He was super helpful and knowledgable.

I was happy to run into Tim today while shopping for insurance this week. He is AMAZING with his customer service and as an Agent..very personal, knowledgeable, efficient and on point with all that he did! I want to leave a review for Gladys. She was so patient and kind with me. I had a hard time finding a quote that fit my budget . And to be honest the rewrite down payment due to my own fault and driving record was high. It was not however high the first I joined. So know that acceptance auto does bring value! Either way Gladys educated me on how the importance of lasting relationships with insurance companies. And was overall extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even though I had to decide elsewhere she didn’t make me feel bad or anything and for that I will send referrals.it’s the least I can do for her time and education.

Unique not only heard me out on my concerns and issues when I had to change my insurance policy; she was able to secure a better rate for me! I got a better deal through a great conversation with her versus the competition that I shopped around with. To say she’s great at what she does is an understatement, and it needs to be recognized. I have recently had to address my auto policy renewal and my carrier wanted to raise my premium. I called them direct and gave them a chance to keep my business at the same amount or better since we have zero claims. They couldn't find any additional discounts and were not working to keep my business. I contacted Mat at Acceptance in Lake Mary and he was able to re-write my policy; saving the hassle of changing carriers, and managed to lower my premium $200 for the EXACT same coverage. A very satisfactory experience and one I would recommend. Thanks Acceptance/Mat!!
