Matthew and Melanie hooked me up! Menalie was super kind and informative! And Matthew helped me remain calm while I analyzed my options after getting my Google pixel 6a ran over by a car he had me setup with my new Google pixel 8 within the hour! I felt so much better after leaving and qualified for zero down on my phone! Thrilled! Thank you guys!

Bryan was the BEST I didn’t have to wait long he went over everything thoroughly with me gave me many different options did not pressure me into any of them helped me out with my bill which was totally wrong saved me money got me new items to purchase I got the new iphone internet for my home which is working great an Apple Watch and a iPad and I’m paying almost less then what I was paying before he was very kind professional efficient and knowledgeable I will come back to this store always and to have Bryan take my future purchases the store was clean everyone else working there was nice and friendly and helpful ask well 10 all across the board 5 stars and Bryan should get a raise by his manager!!!!! Thanks for a phenomenal experience!!!

Went on a weekday before Thanksgiving to get a Buy 1 Get Half Off Samsung Galaxy watch deal. Store was well stocked and advertised the latest products, looked clean, no random paperwork in view, etc. We were greeted when we walked in by friendly employees. They were there first store out of 9 stores we visited overall for those products. With any questions, we got an answer. The overall setup, plan addition and payment was very fast. Had a great experience and would shop from here again.

Called and spoke to Mosses before hand about home internet, and he had all the answers I needed. When I stopped in a little while later to get it all squared away, he made it quick and easy to make changes to my account and get my new device activated. Store was bright and clean with a chill atmosphere. 10/10 Would recommend

If you want spectacular customer service, go see Luis. He really goes above and beyond your expectations. Went in to add service to a phone I had that was unlocked and he convinced me to switch all my lines to Tmobile. He cut my phone bill from Verizon in half by switching! Manager Austin is amazing as well!!!I highly recommend this team at this location they truly are awesome! Look no further for the best cause this team is the best! Thank you guys y'all rock!

Came down to get help at this t-mobile location and upon arriving we were approached by Mr. Kerollos who was very knowledgeable and very kind and help full. I highly recommend this store for your phone service.

I had an awesome experience at T-Mobile in the volusia Mall today I stopped in to pay your bill, and Moses was very well knowledge on helping me get into my account. I did not know my pin. He help me get that situated Austin has always been an amazing help with anything that I have come to the store, for he is well knowledged and always on time when it comes to customer service I appreciate them and look forward to doing more business with them

Kerollos was extremely helpful, my phone broke at 3pm went to this store and had a new phone in an hour. Kerollos was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Everything a customer could ask for, thank you again

I tried to get my account set up over the phone with T-Mobile but it did not go so well. I was told to come into a store and when I walked in Eric greeted me with open arm. He made the switch easy and painless. I don't think I've ever had such a great experience than what I did with Eric and his team. I highly recommend going to see him for anything and everything.

I had a sim issue and it was fixed right way. Matthew provided excellent customer service and was very personable and professional. Will definitely be back

Alexis is amazing. We were just walking around the mall and she roped us in. We were able to get newer phones and two tablets for our kids for the price we were paying somewhere else.

We were surprised at how fast Austin was able to help us! One of our phones was locking up frequently. He took care of that by using our insurance to order another phone. We are very happy!
