I needed a tune up and decided to call Jiffy Lube. Zach answered and was happy to help, he gave me the all info I needed. When I arrived there the next day, I was greeted by a mechanic who was very pleasant and then introduced me to Jorge. Once I pulled in, the mechanic walked me inside the waiting room and offered me cold water. Jorge gave amazing customer service and informed me about the credit cards Jiffy Lube offers as well as showed me the old spark plugs and also educated me on the type of oil change that would make my car perform the best. I also needed my air filter replaced and Zach made sure to show me new one upon replacing it. Jorge, Zach and the other mechanic were all very pleasant and gave excellent customer service. The prices were affordable, it took less than an hour to complete everything and as a woman, I appreciate them showing me the old parts and educating instead of taking advantage of women like some auto shops do. I will always go back to this location for all my car needs because of the people, service and affordability. I’m really glad I came here because they have a lifelong customer! -Dominique’ Andrea’

So grateful to Jiffy lube! They were amazing! I needed an oil change bad and with my crazy schedule time to get things done is something I do not have. I had tried another place the day before and they made me wait over an hour, never did get to me and they were not kind.
Jiffy Lube was fast and they did extra stuff at no cost! Which totally blew my mind!

As a foreigner to Holly Heights, FL. I am comforted that I have met such a sweet and competent team. While I was waiting for an oil change service on my car, Mr.Judson informed me on some facts about my engine, and the performance of my car type. Mr.Zach, and Mr.Montez also helped me change my oil plug; an issue that I didn't even know I had, but it was clear that it was an issue. I thank God for this team.

Thanks for the reply and clarification. If I would of called I would of known a lot sooner but I used the website to get my appointment. Something should be noted on the site or ask to call for details. I thought the drain and fill option would be the safest option besides a flush. I'm learning that there aren't many places for a transmission fluid changes unless you dare to visit the dealership. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was traveling from FL to NH in my grandparents car, having no idea when the last services to the car was. I knew I needed an oil change and air in my tires, and they were incredibly kind and quick to service! They also helped me replace some very ugly looking filters (sorry to all the dead bugs in there😂). Overall a 10/10 experience!

The guys here saved my life!! I wasn’t a regular Jiffy Lube customer but came in while on a three-hour drive home from Jacksonville because my oil light came on. I was already stressed being so far from home and also considering I had just gotten my car serviced a couple months prior (meaning my oil had LEAKED). Ryan helped me out when I pulled up and Zach (the general manager) saw my situation and had him top off my oil free of charge. They were such sweet, outgoing people and made me feel so much better about my situation. Amazing experience overall— I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

These guys were so helpful and kind. We were leaving a family vacation and had an issue with our oil filter leaking. These guys got us right in, fixed the issue, and waived everything. They literally were the kindest group of people we encountered in Daytona. I cannot thank you all enough for your kindness.

I got off work late I rushed there to get my oil changed. It was 5:45pm they were kind enough to still take me in for an oil change. I'm driving 1,012 back to Ohio tonight and desperately needed my oil changed!!! I appreciate the great service!!!!

the service was wonderful. me and my mom went to this place after we left deans auto! the zach(s) and the other employees were very, very kind and cleaned out our oil since our old one had let our oil crust up around the pipe. they were very funny too and were all respectful!

I've been a customer of Jiffy Lube for a while now, and they have pretty high standards; but let me tell you what, this location redefines high standards! Everyone who worked on my vehicle (for an oil change) did a fantastic job and knew what they were doing, especially Matthew, Sean, Kristopher, and David. Never have I gotten an oil change done so fast and with such proficiency. And what adds to the service is that they do more than what you ask, such as toping off other fluids (at no additional cost) and leave everything better than when you came in. Bravo to this location, you'll see me here again!

Great customer service, very honest, and got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate that I called last minute and was told to c'mon and I only had to wait behind 1 car. Will definitely be back.
