Firestone Complete Auto Care

This location has always done me right. They go above and beyond. I was there for an oil change and they performed a thorough diagnostic of my car at no extra charge. They found a screw in one of my tires and determined my wiper blades needed to be replaced in addition to a couple of filters. Their service is top-notch, associates are friendly, service is timely (and guaranteed), and my car always comes back to me clean. This has been my go-to service company for over a year. I was disappointed with the company I'd used for years and switched to Firestone. They are now my car doctor. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!

Erik and his team of managers and technicians are highly effective in helping customers with their unique car needs, in my case eliminating rear brake noise on my 2004 Honda Accord.

I have been going to this Firestone location in Longwood for 20 years and highly recommend.

On Tuesday of this week, I called my Firestone shop after noticing my car handling poorly, a wobble from the passenger side rear, and the car pulling to the left .

The week prior I had taken my vehicle to the Firestone where my wife's nonprofit has been servicing their fleet vehicles for a few years. At drop off my experience was less than stellar. I had 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced along with a lifetime alignment done at the Lee Rd store. By Sunday I noticed the car pulling, the steeringwheel off center and a wobble in the right rear.

When I arrived at the Longwood store the Manager Eric Masse greeted my professionally and quickly got my car in after I explained the issue(s).

They quickly diagnosed that the alignment was way off and adjusted it. They also identified the wobble I felt as being several tires out of balance, which they also addressed.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the great work done by his staff in fixing the issues .

i had a flat tire and brought my car in with no appointment, just a call to tell them I was coming. They had me in and out within an hour, even with the parking lot full of cars. And since I bought my tires from Firestone, there was no charge for the fix. Thank you for making things so easy for me.

I always have top notch service with the service at this Firestone in Longwood. They service my 2016 Accord and 2022 Ram. I wouldn’t take my vehicles nowhere else.

I scheduled an appointment for some preventive maintenance at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Longwood Florida. My appointment was for 4:00pm, I arrived 5 minutes late and yet my car was taken back immediately after checking in.

I had two new front tires put on plus balance and rotation of the other two remaining tires.

Firestone is my go-to business for tires and tire related issues. Their lifetime balance and rotation plus alignment services are fairly priced and a great value! They also provide a whole range of auto maintenance services. Check 'em out if you have the chance.

All told, I was there for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and driving home, I could feel the quiet, smooth performance plus traction of the new tires I had installed and, along with the balance and rotation, it was almost like driving a new vehicle!

Prices are high but the guys seem trustworthy. They sraightened my car out right. Will be back with tires, shocks, evt.

I have been a loyal customer of this Firestone CAC Longwood location for almost three years. The outstanding and honest service I get is why I always come back. The team of Eric, Kevin, and Pedro are consummate professionals, and manage a very intense workload with positive energy, respectful dialog, empathy, and technical excellence. The best part about my service visits is observing them in person as a very coordinated, complementary team, and they are always conveying to customers how much they enjoy working with each other for Firestone. When they share stories about how they all came from Sears Auto service together, and that despite the pressures of the job, it is a great feeling to "work with others you trust," it really puts me at ease as a customer because I know that they will perform excellent service to hold up the reputation of the team and the Firestone brand. I've been a Firestone customer across several States over the past ten years, and this is the best team ever.

I have to take the time to commend Eric in your Longwood location. After going to multiple dealerships which either gave me the wrong or excessive diagnosis Eric took the time to listen and address my car's concerns in a very efficient manner. I am truly impressed.

Matt, and the crew at Firestone are amazing. They are the only people that touch my Mustang. I just had new brakes and rotors put on and the car drives like a dream! I highly recommend them!

The woman who works the main desk here is wonderful. Looked at a few places for new tires but because of how easy she made it and her knowledge we chose this one, in storeexperiencewith her was just as easy. If I thought I could steal her as my own employee I would buy she clearly enjoy ms and does her job well so I didn't try. Hang onto her or someone else will steal her. She is worth every penny you pay her and more.

Eric is an honest and excellent person,he took good care of my SUV tire repair. Clean and nice place, guys know their stuff, Logan is very nice too would recommend this place to anyone who needs to do work on their cars.

Great service! Had a bad flat tire. Got there two mins before closing and they got me ready to drive again! They were very happy to help and had great customer service.

Couldn't get into see my regular mechanic so I tried this other garage that I hate because I wanted peace of mind to drive to Alabama. They had a 3 hour wait to look at my car so I pulled into Firestone. My check emissions light was on and an angel (whose name I forgot to get) went immediately to my car and reset it. He explained what it was and said they don't do that type of work there, but everything should be fine. I floated out of there and I'm going to make them my number one place to get tires and will never go back to the hated other place that sells tires, plus charges about $800+ for whatever I need done to the car.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. They stand by their work, the staff who’s very polite, explains the work done and reassures me all is well. Anytime I call, there’s never an issue and I’m asked to bring it right in!

I have taken a couple of vehicles here for servicing and they have always been fair with their pricing. I took my car there for a simple repair and the keys were somehow lost but they promptly had a locksmith out there to make me a new set of keys. I am definitely satisfied and will not be going to Pep Boys again.
