Young lady who I felt with (sorry don’t remember her name, but younger lady dark hair) most amazing helpful young lady over ever had the pleasure of doing business with there. I’m younger and don’t dress up or show out. Young lady took her time and did a fantastic job selling me on a 3.5k dollar bed. Absolutely gorgeous bed, and fanatic Servive. Can’t express enough how awesome this young lady was.

I’ve been dealing with Lonnie for the most part since I’ve been going there . He’s been grand to deal with . Very polite , helpful , on point and even comical. Makes it a fun experience. The products I have purchased are of great material ( not cheap ) long lasting . Prices are great and if you are doing payments they are set at a decent amount for the purchase.

Lonny is honestly one of the coolest and nicest people I’ve ever purchased anything from in my entire life, now for the second time. He makes the experience pleasant every single time. I came back because he helped the first time and it was a breeze, I come back again and I bought a couch in 30 minutes! I will always come back.

Also, the lady working with Lonny tonight was as sweet as can be. Her energy was awesome and she almost made me feel right at home.

Great experience working with Badcock! Great initial purchase experience and great experience again when needing help with a service / warranty claim. Though I've had my recliner for about 3 years, an exact replacement was found at a nearby store and was brought to a local store for me. Colby at the Daytona store / warehouse was a pleasure to work with in getting all the final paperwork wrapped up.

The staff is always friendly, the selection is tremendous and the shopping experience is relaxed. Their prices are really good, their delivery is quick and professional. Also they have very good financing options.

We purchased a leather recliner today. The sales staff was so friendly. All our questions an concerns were answered. We were offered several options to buy without interest which was very nice an xtra coverage for a nice price. No pressure. Was a really nice experience

The staff is professional and helpful, it is like sitting talking to family about what you need and how they can help. Lonny was the greatest , not pushy and more like talking to a freind then a salesman. Extremely happy we went there before purchasing at the box stores.

I always love looking at their furniture and taking my time browsing. The sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We ended up buying living room furniture for a fantastic price! We will definitely be back to redo more rooms!

I am disabled due to a Health issue and with current health concerns, going out creates anxiety for me . I purchase from Badcock for my daughter. Lonnie the Store Mgr. Understands this and goes out of his way to assist. He and I discuss the purchase I provide my ok and he takes care of it. This is Great Customer Service.

My mom loves Badcock and when I told her I was looking for a new bed she told me to start there. I started online and ended up going in. I was greeted by Antonio and Jamilla. I had told them what I had found online earlier that day and hey had no issues bringing it up and going over any questions I may have had. The delivery was fast and professional. I offered them some water and they went straight to work. My experience with Antonio was so good that I went back looking for another item I felt I could had used. This time it was Matt who greeted me and helped me find an amazing bench. Overall I had an amazing experience. Even you Sara. Thank you so much for helping me workout my delivery time around the second time since I had work.
