This apartment complex is one of the best ones around and I give credit to an execellant manager Tiffany, she is an asset to this company she is very fair and non-bias, her work ethic is very commendable. it’s rare to find employees of her caliber. The maintenance tech Mike keeps this complex running smooth he is prompt and efficient and has a100 percent success rate of taking care of issues, he is polite and courteous, he is also a reliable asset to this company. When you have an excellent team like this it makes life a little better

We’ve been residents since 2016 and just left this year. It has been a downward spiral of an experience. Management is always changing and so is maintenance. My girlfriend left a different 1 star review more in depth of what our time here has been like if you want more details. I thought we were pretty good tenants and never had a complaint or issues but when we moved into a larger apartment we saw none of our deposit back. We left no damage besides maybe some stains in the carpet (all other apartment were already being changed to wood floors at the time we were leaving) but yet we saw none of our $700 deposit back. We definitely don’t expect to see the deposit back on our larger apartment either after knowing the condition we left the first one in wasnt deposit return worthy.
The icing on the cake for leaving this review is realizing that my phone number is blocked from the apartments office phone and the landlords personal phone. I kept trying to get in touch when we were renewing our lease and got no answer back. Yet we were told they “always have responded” even though I have multiple days of texts that show otherwise.
We were happy with this place back in 2016, now we’re glad to never have to step foot on that property again. Hopefully the Villages Management will turn this place around for the better.

UPDATE:Changing my review to a 1 star, we have officially moved out but accidentally left a wallet. The property manager was nice enough to let us come back and check for it and it wasn’t there. A few days later we were told that maintenance found it. Over $100 was missing from the wallet and a sad $1 was graciously left!
We also realized that club wildwood blocked our number while we were residents. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Unprofessional and not worth the money. For a “low income” property it’s not worth saving an extra $100 to deal with this management. I’ve been here 3 years and every year there is a new manager for whatever reason. I was never given a copy of my lease, and have called for weeks trying to get an answer for a question and not once have they answered the phones. The pool has been locked up for months (after an extensive clean because it was dark green), Covid related maybe? But that didn’t stop two people from the management company to come to my door with NO masks on and ask why I haven’t responded to a paper I never received. You have to renew your lease 120 days in advance. 4 months. Ridiculous. After I signed the renewal I was told “we’ll call you back in to finish signing papers when it’s approved” so I assume I was never approved, which is fine because I’m calling to break my lease, but of course no answer. This place has been an absolute headache to deal with and there’s no email anywhere on the website to try another way to communicate. I’m writing this now to see if it’ll get anyone’s attention that runs this place to reach out to me.

The only person who has any idea of what is going on here is the maintenance worker Mike. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. Has easily fixed any issue I’ve had in the past two years since he’s joined the property.

This is the worst place to live. MANAGEMENT breaks Laws, and allows tenants with drug charges, violent crime and over income applicants become tenants. Maintanice and lawn neglect for several months.
We went without air conditioning for 6 months. For no legitimate reason. Also stold from residents and blamed me.....
Also puts too many people in what is legally allowed for a unit.

Everything I have said is against their end on the lease. But they are signing it just like a tenant does.

So apparently there is new ownership of property but as of yesterday 12/09/20 we do not have a property manager and there is roof work being done by people who aren't even working they are free loading in the apartment next to mine maintenance is supporting them by going over to grill on a propane grill that is not even allowed and the sewage has been backed up for 2 days now as well and no one has done a thing about it
