Darlene was a super, marvelous help. Very professional and knowledgeable. We reserved our unit online. When we went to the facility to show ID etc, she made sure we understood all of the rules regulations, payments, etc.
When she escorted us to see the unit, something popped up unexpected regarding the unit we had reserved. Darlene resolved it efficiently and professionally. She made sure we understood how to enter and exit the facility, and any little quarks we may run into.

First class storage experience! The facility is very clean and secure. I was able to do most of the reservation online and it was very simple. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me get setup and showed me to my storage room. Definitely recommend!

The two young ladies were absolutely amazing. There was a huge mixup with the 800 number reservation and both ladies were happy to accommodate my needs and fix the mixup.

I made my reservation online and Darleen followed up shortly after. When I went in to finalize my rental, she was very pleasant and helpful. The process was smooth and fast.
