Bodhi~Wise Thai Yoga Bodywork

When I first started going to Bodhi Wise for bodywork my mantra was "Let It Go". There is no better way to do that than a Thai Yoga Session with Chris. Each session I feel a unique combination of relaxed, refreshed and recharged. It is taking a time out from everything and everyone to experience a freedom from worries and stress. I highly recommend it anyone and find it to be a great gift for friends. I started out going because I was desperate to feel better and now I go monthly to ensure I don’t let myself get that bad again.

I have gone to Bodhi~Wise going to Shawna for 4+ years now. She is an AMAZING body practitioner who is compassionate, kind, thoughtful and loving. She intuitively knows where to work on you and has an amazing energetic touch. Shawna will make a very through assessment of you and your needs before she begins. I will HIGHLY recommend if you had not had a Thai yoga massage please go for the experience of "lazy man's yoga" that is just as healing and fulfilling as table massage. I have not had Chris work on me, yet know him to be as compassionate and sensitive as a person as Shawna is...so I would HIGHLY recommend them BOTH, and a couple's massage if you have a significant other with the two of them would be DIVINE!

A huge thanks to Bodhi~Wise Thai Yoga bodywork for hitting the reset button on my physical well being. I am a tennis professional and my body is in constant motion; I twist, I jump and I pound my body into the pavement everyday. Bodhi-Wise was able to counter-point all the motions that turn into potential ailments. With Chris as the guide. I was put into a soothing state of self-healing meditation while being lead physically through stretches and massage that accentuated the healing process. If you are looking for the reset button and a new start to physical well-being look no further. Put simply... Amazing! Thanks Chris!!!
