I used your services twice. Funny, but I got the same driver on both occasions. He was very professional, made both trips a delight, and never rushed me for anything. His conversations were quite entertaining and educational as well.

Driver was time to my house. Help me to get into the van. Even though I needed to extend my time. She called and informed her dispatcher and another pick up time was arranged

Outstanding customer service. Cars and Vans are brand new and very clean. Driver's are very nice and we'll manerred. Driver's are experienced and always on time. I would recommend this company to anyone expecting a comfortable and reliable ride.

They are very professional...super clean vehicles..working seatbelts...etc..I was on a wellcall and when I was done with my appt as I was calling my insurance, Carlos called and said he was outside...No other company does that...plus they call before they arrive to pick me up in the morning to my appt. and also in the afternoon taking me home...I usually get picked up early too which is very much appreciated..been with another company and they never showed up to pick me up that morning...Oh and you all speak very good English unlike other companies...I sure wish I could have you and only you picking me up..I never can remember her name but she is so very nice along with Carlos!!! You all are the best!!!

Well first of all my insurance had cancelled my trip for today..luckily I called yesterday..kept telling me transportation pending..Well my favorite transportation showed up to take me to my appt..In fact it was DAYTORIA who picked me up!! She always puts me in a jolly mood...Carlos too!! Phyllis is also nice as well...when I was done with my appt..didn't wait top too long and here comes Day Day to my rescue again!! Elite is the best company I have ever had!! I get treated like family..Awesome Dispatcher who calls me to let me know when someone is coming..which is very nice and really professional..They all care about the people they pick up..Wooohoo Elite!##

Great door to door service!

Worst company in the world. They are always late. They took me late to my appointment and then I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to picked me up back home.
They never answer the phone. Today they never showed up to take me to dialysis. I missed my treatment because of them.

They took me to my appointment at first but then when I tried to get a ride back home nobody came and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call them again.

Never gonna use this company again Robin there dispatcher called me three times to tell me my ride was gonna be there in 20min took almost 2 hours to be picked up then the driver calls me to tell me she is in pine bills and I am on maitland Blvd I should call for a closer driver. Ridicules finally on my way home 2 hours later very poor service.

If you need medical transportation on a Saturday or Sunday, forget it. They can't be bothered.
