I've been working with this business for a long time. They've saved me a lot of money over the years. Amazing price and care. They always make sure my needs are met.

They do a great job and definitely offer better prices than I had quoted at Office Depot, Office Max or even on Amazon Prime. They are also locally owned and I like to support locally owned businesses that are BBB rated and Chamber Members.

Anthony is the Man. I called in need of an ink cartridge just minutes before closing on Memorial Day. Anthony offered and kept the store open until I got there. Great above and beyond customer service. You all have saved me a lot of money over the years and with Antony's help By staying past closing allowed me to close on a business deal. Your the best. Thank you.

I have had the same printer for about 7 years and have been going to this exact location for over 5 years. My cartridges, new at the time were $35 and Cartridge World charged me $15. Time has gone by, the owner is the same but the new clerk is very rude and argumentative. And the owner, nice guy, btw, is never there. The last time I went, I took my B/W and color cartridges, there to be refilled. I was told I had to pick them up the next day. I paid IN ADVANCE for the service. When I returned in 4 days, they had sold the color cartridge to another customer! I was told to come back the next day to pick up a new one. In the meantime, the B/W cartridge didn't work. I took it back and got all sorts of excuses. Then the color didn't work. I got a refund for that. I just tried the 2nd B/W and it doesn't work either. Walmart sells these cartridges for $25 now, just $5 more than Cartridge World. It's not worth the hassle. I will not be returning to Cartridge World.

8/30/16 Advertised open. Its 10:55 in the morning Attempted to do business with them store closed myself and other perslective clients standing outside the door in disbelief. Big👎👎👎

Will not stand behind their product. Dude literally told me i waited too long to use a brand new cartridge. Said it was dried up. Horrible. Do not patronize! Have had to return to the store multiple times.

Waiting outside,nobody in the shop they have seriously store hours issues even door sign showing "OPEN"..........
