Washworks Carwash

Definitely worth the drive and wait. My truck was NASTY/DIRTY! I hadn't washed in over a year bc my prev local washed closed, but they got my truck back to fresh, clean, and shining. The staff was very polite, respectful, & hard working. While there I saw a customer say he wasn't happy with his vacuum in one area, they quickly fixed it no questions. Excellent customer service! I will be back.

They delivered on the service expected! Still have deep scratches from rocks and trees but I’m glad I got their premium wax job done! Got rid of all the HUGE swirling and reduced minor scratches. 100% recommend getting their cheaper wax if you just swirls on your vehicle.

First time customer. I heard about this spot through the neighborhood gossip and decided to give it a try after what seemed like a months worth of rain in a few weeks.

I was greeted immediately by the new GM. He walked me through the whole pricing options, looked at the cleanliness & condition of my vehicle and gave me a honest recommendation. After explaining to him that I’ve had unsatisfactory experiences with these types of car washes in the past, he assure me that his team does a great job. I decided to go with a #1, @ $30.

My vehicle wasn’t perfect but for the price and the services offered, I can’t complain….

…….until I got got home and opened my trunk. It wasn’t even vacuumed. Yes, I should of inspected the vehicle before driving off but again, the GM reassured me that they take pride in their work.

Look, I get it. People make mistakes. This isn’t anything to bash a business over. Just more of a training opportunity. Some people will crucify a business over something simple like this. That ain’t me. I’ll definitely give them a second chance.

Update: 12/28: the owner personally reached out to me and the minor issue was resolved. You don’t find that level of customer service these days. Thanks again. I will be returning.

My hubby loved his cars and I feel honored to still have them to take care of them, with him in heaven. This car wash does a fantastic job at keeping his dream cars looking good.

This is ABSOLUTELY & simply the BEST! You will be amazed at how much better they are compared to anywhere else. FAR above "express wash" places, they will become the ONLY place you want to go! Quality exceeded by services and friendly, helpful staff that really cares!!!

EDIT: went back and they did a new wash for free, really well done this time.

My daughter took my car in for the Full Service #1 with the Trunk Vacuum, the trunk was not cleaned. Took it for a drive and the windows were smeary so we'll have to clean the glass and vacuum the trunk ourselves. Otherwise good.

Excellent experience! They took their time cleaning my truck and it looked great inside and out when they were finished!

To date I remain a satisfied regular customer because I have yet to be disappointed. This acknowledged shout-out is to specifically name and give credit to these particular hard working individuals for their consistency of providing quality services to their customers, which I am one of many.

Although I am a regular customer, I strongly believe in giving props to hard workers that contributes to the reputation of satisfied customers. My visit was routine however, this specific employee was a new face for me and I was very pleased with my car. This young man did an excellent finish on my car and his name is (Patrick).

Patrick could see that I was a little nervous and not sure if he would provide services accustomed too, however, (Patrick) was very understanding, patient and courteous as well as professional. I watched Patrick very closely as he completed final steps of finishing, this guy did an outstanding job‼ 👏🏼 therefore, Patrick deserves this acknowledgment. While waiting I saw the entire team providing quality services on other cars which says a lot for any business, so thank you Patrick for an amazing professional finish on my car.

Acknowledgement also to (Rob) a fantastic guy who exceeds your expectations. 'Rob' is a long-timer, and definitely one of the 'BEST' who has always given 💯%
(Rob) provides equal quality service to each customer as well, so this huge shout-out goes to (Rob), and I definitely appreciate the quality care and professional services given to all of your customers.

The General Manager (Ryan) wears many hats in assuring that the customers expectations are met and provided quality service which is a reflection on each team member and the business, and it shows as we drive our cars 🚘🚙🛻 out of this establishment. So 'KUDOS' to the entire team and thank you. 5-🌟

I visited this particular Carwash as a referral by a friend, although I've passed this business many times and had never stopped, so I finally stopped for my first ever wash at this location, and I must say that I was more than pleased.

The service manager was very pleasant and receptive of what I wanted and the type of package I needed to achieve what I was wanting. The service and the entire team was excellent, they were very busy however, my wait was not long. I was very pleased with the finished look of my car. I returned exactly when she suggested and the timing she gave for a return wash was on target, so I returned a second time and again I was not disappointed because they did a beautiful job for the finish. I am a satisfied customer therefore, I have claimed this specific Carwash as my go-to.

Therefore, this shout-out goes to the lady Manager and the entire team for the beautiful hands on for my 🚘, so KUDOS‼ to you and the team because you've earned your 5-⭐ p.s., I am a happy customer 🤘🏼

They did a good job on my SUV. The only thing I noticed was the rear view mirror hadn’t been cleaned (no big deal). They were very busy but got in and out in less than 20mins. I like the fact that they asked if you was car scent as your car is ready. Price was reasonable at $29 for complete wash plus tire shine.

I have been using this car wash for several years, because in my opinion it's the best full service car wash in Cobb County. During my recent visit, I got the top of the line wash, as usual and had an issue with my rear door. I spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he took care of the repair and handled the issue with professionalism and is a man of integrity. Like many other businesses in the economy, they are experiencing a labor shortage, so if you know anyone who is looking for a job, have them reach out to Jeff.

UPDATE—owner promptly replied and it appears I was misinformed on Monday about the extra charge for muddy tires. Updating this review with full points for responding to my review so quickly and kindly. I’ll definitely give them another try.

They wanted to charge me an additional $20 because I had mud on my tires. Seriously? I told him I didn’t care about the mud on the tires, they can leave it there— I just wanted the interior vacuumed, but no. Unbelievably stupid.

Washworks is my go-to car wash company. The one I use is on Cobb Parkway just south of where old US 41 crosses. Just off the north bound lanes. They offer several options up to a full detailing service. They always do a good job. If it is not to your liking they will make it right.

Washworks always does a FANTASTIC job on my vehicles! They are meticulous about their work and provide great customer service as well. I only trust my car to them!

I've been going here for over 7 years and while I did have one issue with them about 3 years ago when they accidentally left my passenger side window down and ran it through the wash my overall experience is that they are 1 of the best in the area. I've tried other places but always come back to Washworks.

Been going here for seven years and although there's been a few changes in management, the service is always great! They keep her looking good!

This is by far the best car wash I've been to in the Marietta/Kennesaw area! There are many options for different price points. The staff is so friendly and they really take their time with the interior. They definitely don't rush and more concerned that you liked your experience there. Bonus points are if it rains within 48 hours after your wash, you can save your receipt and they will wash the exterior again for FREE! Highly recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks Washworks!
