Such a great place. My fiance and I enjoyed the experience! The beer is cold and the food is great! We had eggplant Parmesan and baked sphagetti! Manager Malissa and Tristin were awesome and bartender Josi was awesome as well!

Four of us went to dinner, none of us liked the appetizers, all of them were commercially, prepared, frozen garbage. no one liked the main course either, $142.00+ $25.00 tip The waiter was good. Can’t blame him for bad food never go back if you want good food go to Fork Grove barbecue they never disappoint. Their food is great.

Delicious fried mushrooms! My only quip was the Greek salad..it was the size of a side salad. Other than that, great flavors and service.

Coming back to my hometown, this is our favorite place to eat. Their philly cheesesteak is the best I ever had and the chicken one is even better. The pizza is fantastic. I wish there was a downtown Cafe where I lived.

Looked and smelled clean. Food was obviously prepared with care. Was fresh and delicious.

Took quite awhile to get a table, servers and staff very unorganized, had to wait too long for our food once we got someone to take our order. Food was very good

I've always had a great experience at Downtown Cafe. The pizza I had today was superb, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and hard working.

Food was good. Greek salad, fried pickles, cheese pizza... Clean bathroom. Good atmosphere. Our server was attentive and courteous.

Good food not too expensive and the waitress was very friendly. For two meals appetizer band two teas it was under 40.00 including a good tip. We will be going back.

Service was outstanding, thank-you Megan and Hannah! The shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo were to die for. Have had the scampi before and the shrimp have been cooked to perfection every time. Love the new decor

We had an amazing time celebrating my friends' 50th wedding anniversary! The staff at Downtown Cafe were very accommodating and the food was delicious! Special thanks to the owner, Melissa and Tristen for a job well done. The restaurant is very beautiful with the new renovations!

One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. I drive from three counties over to eat here every few weeks. The stromboli is the best I've ever had, their pizza is amazing, and the pasta is fantastic. They have a huge variety of dishes, focusing on Greek and Italian, but they have a good selection of other dishes too. I've had a majority of their dishes, and I have never once been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and it is obvious that the owners know what they are doing. I ordered 12 large pizzas for a crew I was feeding, and they had it ready extremely fast. Every guy from that crew went back that evening to eat at the restaurant because their pizza was so phenomenal. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Downtown Cafe is a go to spot for my family when visiting Hartwell. We called on short notice for a party of 16 and they were polite & accommodating. Service was great along with the food. Also, the prices for alcohol drinks are affordable!

So we went here for a quick bite but let me just say the food was awesome and the staff (Miranda) was truly amazing! My granddaughter had accidently left her phone and the kind people there ensured they put it up for her once we realized it was lost! If you haven't been then go the lamb gyro was so tender and juicy and the prices are well worth it. You get a huge plate and a salad to boot in an quaint and cozy spot right here in Hartwell! Can't wait to go back!
