Hall County Health Department

This place has changed so much! It’s not a bunch of old, rude, judgey ladies working there anymore. Receptionists, nurses and Medicaid staff were all very sweet and polite and made me feel comfortable❤ However, I do recommend going in person to set up appointments or for anything really because it’s way too hard to get someone on the phone.

Staff here is wonderful and attentive. DFCS could learn a few lessons on how to treat people from the health department. The experience went smoothly. Would highly recommend to new parents.

From the moment I called and all throughout my visit they were all great! The call center was very friendly and worked very hard to make sure I was able to get my appointment at a time that would fit my very chaotic schedule. The wait was not long at all and I received the care I needed and then some. Not only did they exceed my expectations with their services but the coast was extremely affordable. They're absolutely phenomenal.

My experience at the health department was very pleasant. Everyone was super sweet, especially my nurse Andrea. She made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you!

Hall County DPH ROCKS!! Going through the first and second Covid shots were smooth and very organized. All personnel were very friendly, helpful and more than glad to share information!! Keep up the GREAT work. We know what you do is not easy!!
