Dr. Jessica Brown and her staff are all examples of southern hospitality. Walking into the office, I was greeted by warm smiles and friendly hellos. The wait time was short and I was called to the back by Susan, who provided an excellent cleaning! She was very thorough and advised me on preventative measures to avoid future problems. Dr. Brown explained her findings during the visit and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered.

My daughter had her visit here today and I am so impressed with the staff. Every member of the staff was so nice and accommodating. They explained everything and gave me the chance to voice any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend for all members of the family 👌.

As a new patient, I came away from my initial visit knowing I’ve made a good choice for my dental care. Dr. Brown and staff met or exceeded all my expectations! I enjoyed friendly professionalism and top notch care.

This was my first visit February 13, 2024. My dentist had retired and I needed a new dentist. The entire staff that I met were so nice. They were very professional but made me feel at ease. I am glad I found Dr. Brown.

Only been once, today was my first visit, but I was very pleased and feel after my move here three years ago, I have finally found a new dentist to stick with. The office staff was very welcoming, my hygienist super friendly and concerned about not causing me any pain since I have very sensitive teeth, and the visit was very thorough. Dr. Brown was very welcoming and explained things well, as for current condition and future plans. This office came highly recommended and I will join with the crowds in recommending them myself.

Absolutely loved my experience at this office. All staff greeted me with a smile, super sweet and kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have never been to a dentist office where they made you feel super comfortable and even offered me a blanket because I was cold or let me watch something on Hulu/Netflix. Dr. Brown really took the time to explain the process of how a root canal works and was able to give me different options! I really would recommend Dr. Brown and her staff to anyone!

The Americus Dental team is amazing! Each person from entering to exiting is kind, attentive, and professional. Dr. Brown spends time with and listens to her patients in order to provide the best care possible.

Dr. Brown and her staff are amazing. I get nervous when it comes to having dental work done and they always put me at ease and make sure I am comfortable while there. I've never had a bad encounter with any of the staff there, which says a lot about how Dr. Brown runs her practice. Americus Dental will continue to treat myself as well as my family. Today I had the most thorough, professional, and friendly experience ever at a dentist office. From the time I walked in I was amazed at the quick check in process, I was able to fill out my documentation electronically weeks in advance and was able to transfer to the back with Susan the dental hygienist soon as I arrived. The attention to every detail during my visit was excellent. Susan explained everything thoroughly as she completed my comprehensive dental exam and deep cleaning, I deal with a lot of anxiety however she was very patient and kept me calm the entire time. The office and rooms were extremely clean as well. I would highly recommend Americus Dental, Dr.Brown and Susan definitely surpassed all my expectations.

ANOTHER GREAT VISIT!! Dr. Brown and her staff were amazing as usual! I was very happy that they were able to get me in the same day as my cleaning do a service! It was nice because I was already off today! They were so apologetic because of a small wait time, but I didn’t mind one bit! I had a blanket, provided by the staff, and I was watching HGTV! What more can a girl ask for? Thank you again!

I was in this dentist office today for cleaning but I reported that one of my implants was loose. After X-rays it was determined it was probably the screw that held the crown on. Not the implant. I will go back to get this taken care of in a few days. This office has professional staff and customer service. I’m please with my Doctor and hygienist. They are kind, friendly, compassionate and caring. They want you to have the best experience you could have at their Dentist office. Dr. Jessica Brown is my dentist.

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist office! First time visiting. Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I had my cleaning done by Susan. She was so gentle and sweet. Her and Dr. Brown were able to identify my issue. Definitely recommend!

Today was my first day as new patient, didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was so nice, they took me right back my hygienist Terri was so sweet and polite made me so comfortable and that’s really good for me and my Anxiety. Did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and making me feel at home. After Terri was done I got to meet Dr. Brown she was amazing very professional we talked about my options going forward with my dental plans. She was very courteous and I was very comfortable again in our steps forward. Thank you to everyone at Americus Dental you all are polite and professional!! Highly recommend this fabulous place to everyone!!👍

The staff was very friendly and polite. My hygienist was very good at performing her job as she worked she explained what she was doing. Dr. Brown did a good job of explaining to me what was going with my teeth and the plan she was going to put in place to correct the problem. Overall I had a good experience and I would recommend any one that don't have a dentist.

I just switched to Americus Dental as I'm new in town. This is most definitely the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you to the team at Americus Dental. I usually have high anxiety at the dentist and I did not have any such tension during my dental visit.
