Best experience I've had. The young Lady was awesome. Very good customer service plus knew her business!!! Very skilled!!! I felt NO pain!!!

Earlier today I brought my three-month-old and five-year-old daughters in to get their ears pierced with real gold earrings. We chose Claire's since they appear to have the most successful experience with piercings after twice circumnavigating the entire mall. Despite not having an appointment, as was shown on the window outside, the staff, whose name I believe was Hana, welcomed us and started serving us right away. She went into great depth about everything, from the kinds of metals they use for piercings to the rigorous cleaning methods. We had a lovely experience and are so so grateful for her help, especially because my 5-year-old made getting her ears pierced perhaps the most difficult event of her life. Thank you, Miss Hana, and we'll be back soon to redeem our coupons.
